Don't bother!!! Awful is an understatement, still currently here but home tomorrow, we are a couple who don't mind basic as long as it's clean.... Arrived 8 days ago, first room they offered was a building site with shower parts air vents etc in the shower and sink, filthy dirty! No sockets on the wall, bed stained, walked in and out , 2nd room was not much better but bed cleanish, they said there was no more rooms free but if we stayed there 1 night we would be given a better room, as this was near midnight we agreed to 1 night, filthy, no sockets, no door handles, brown toilet, I could go on, 3rd room the next day, yes we got a better room with sea view and compared to last two it was a great improvement but still a brown toilet, dirty sink,floor, mirrors etc, towels and sheets are grey and stained, I would throw them out! Cleaning staff hit and miss when you see them, we cleaned the room ourselves, bed changed once, had to ask for toilet rolls 3 times, pool not bad and bar staff friendly, in the corridors plaster coming off the wall, please just don't stay here we didn't let it ruin our holiday as turunc is a beautiful place but did depress us a little, I have taken photos of all the rooms we stayed in and someone will be getting a complaint, we have stayed in much better places in turunc so guess we was unlucky DO NOT STAY HERE

I am here at the moment the room is clean but not clean enough. Had to buy bleach for the toilet, cleaning wipes for the floor and didn't get given a kettle for tea or coffee or an iron until the next day. They took the iron out of our room without asking and hadn’t finished using. Towels are grey what are supposed to be white. May as well been thrown away! I wouldn’t recommend staying here as they are many other lovely hotels in the area. Tacky and horrible. Basically act like you aren’t there. No service to deal with complaints. No hot water in the shower since we got here (3 days ago) we asked we got it for one day but went the next morning. Everywhere looks basic and dingy not worth it! Ruins your holiday all together. When you leave the lift to get to your room if you’re on an upstairs floor it’s pitch black in the night and you can’t see until you get to your door. No ironing board had to use the iron on the bed. Cleaning services never comes and cleans properly.

Excellent hotel, fully consistent with the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted our spirits. The food is excellent, a large selection of dishes, both European and national cuisine. We will definitely come back here! We recommend!

Отличный отель! Отдыхали с мамой, нам безумно все понравилось. Когда читали отзывы, все писали, что им "не повезло жить на 3 этаже, рядом с бассейном", вот и нас заселили на 3 этаж, но это, наоборот, еще какое везение! Хоть и бассейн прямо в нескольких метрах и там всегда очень много людей, в номере почти ничего не слышно. Номер очень просторный, кровати просто огромные. Все удобства всегда были, полотенца меняли !каждый! день, что не могло не радовать. Да, еда немного однообразная, но от такой жары и есть не хотелось. Рядом очень много ресторанов и супермаркет, где я попробовала все вкусы мороженого. Очень вкусно и недорого! Обслуживание очень хорошее, в основном работают очень молодые ребята, редко кто хорошо говорит на английском, все очень бегло, но и без этого жестами можно объясниться. Все очень вежливые и улыбчивые. До пляжа идти минут 5, но это никогда не было проблемой, потому что сам отель находится на небольшой "горе" и при каждом спуске открывается великолепный вид на бухты. На пляж лучше приходить пораньше и со своими полотенцами. Вода чистейшая, без волн и мусора. Вечером набережная превращается в сказку, везде горят красивые огни, играет живая музыка, прогуливаются иностранцы. Город очень маленький, это нужно учитывать. Но всегда можно уехать в Мармарис или Ичмелер, как делали мы на автобусе. Он недорогой и с кондиционерами внутри. Если отдыхаете летом, совет: езжайте в Мармарис либо рано утром, либо после 6. Мы поехали туда в 5!!! вечера и были готовы зайти в воду прям там, хотя приехали пройтись по магазинам. в Мармарисе невыносимо жарко и душно. НО!! Вечером это просто невероятный город для молодежи. Такое количество клубов, музыки и веселья я нигде больше не видела, время идет незаметно. Очень советую побывать хотя раз в турецком клубе (выбирайте большой), Вы не представляете какие эмоции получите в любом возрасте! В клубе, в котором была я (не помню название) были каскадеры и мужской танец живота! В общем, я в полном восторге от этой части Турции. Всем очень советую как отель, так и этот прекрасный город! P.S. обязательно попробуйте пиво на баре!! 10/10

Хороший отель с хорошим персоналом! Девушка на ресепшене оказалась из России, что очень облегчило пребывание в Турунче! Море рядом, у отеля свой участок пляжа, питание разнообразное, рядом с отелем множество разных магазинов и кафе! Логистика тоже хорошая - ходят автобусы до Мармариса, есть морское и обычное такси😎 нам всё понравилось!
