The staff are nice but location is a little outside of the city and middle of nowhere. Nice design. There’s a vineyard and a little petting zoo in the back with bunnies, ponies, llamas, sheep, peacocks etc The room was clean and nice. There was a little pool in the room, but no hot water, in the beginning they pretended to be surprised about lack of water, then told me to wait 10mins, then said to wait 30 more mins; and finally at 11pm told me there is no hot water and they don’t know when it will come on. the curtains wouldn’t open. Breakfast didn’t have fresh coffee.

Nice hotel co-located with several other new hotel buildings which share the same breakfast area, restaurant and swimming pool. Nicely equipped room with small soaking pool plus patio area. The soaking pool is nice to relax in after a day of dusty sight-seeing. The daily free snacks in the room are also surprisingly good. Breakfast has a lot of food choices of moderate quality. About 10 minutes by taxi from the lively grape night market food area. Overall it certainly looked significantly nicer than the other hotels we saw in the Turpan area.

Fantastic hotel, probably the best in Turpan. Convenient location just outside of town but a short taxi ride to the centre, and the rooms are beautifully finished, with high quality touches like the towels and bedding. Restaurant and small shop available on site. We had no electric power for one night but staff were very accommodating. Will stay again!

這次入住姆納爾格民宿的泡池露台高級大床房體驗太驚艷了！私湯泡池温暖愜意，伴着露台的絕美風光，邊泡邊賞景超放鬆。房間佈置高級又精緻，細節滿滿。祖力、娜依和小帕全程熱情周到，從入住到遊玩都貼心安排，強烈安利！

停車很方便且還免費！房間的佈局真的太滿意了，晚上坐在院子裏享受微風，真的很愜意！等院子裏葡萄熟了我再要過來品嚐下。服務也很棒，管家小帕和娜依幫我們搬行李，退房時也很熱情的幫忙，總的來説各方面都非常好！

選擇這個民宿主要原因就是有比較大的泡池，有寶寶的家庭可以無腦沖。 我訂的房間帶陽台，但是後院還在施工所以建議大家施工結束後再訂此類房型。園區的大泳池目前還沒有投入使用要等到夏天。房間裏的設施還可以，有歡迎水果和退房伴手禮。但是膠囊咖啡機不太好用 衹有洗浴產品是寶格麗的，其他用品就是普通酒店標配。早餐雖然人多，但是品類還算豐富。推薦一家老小出行！

定了一個一套二的房型，還帶一個三個沙發的活動空間。確實很適合家庭出行。我們倆人帶四個孩子。剛剛好。周邊環境也舒適，小朋友可以出去玩兒。

特別好，工作人員態度友善可親，整個大環境都超級出片！房間乾淨，還有個大泡池，酒店後面正在裝修，馬上會有農莊風情的地方可以休閑，還要再去的！
