Entrando in camera non si accendeva la luce perché la plafoniera era con lampadina esaurita, la prima luce che sono riuscito ad arrivare era quella del bagno. Box doccia: un’alta si è smontata mentre la stavo chiudendo e ho dovuto rimontarla mentre ero sotto la doccia. Ho segnalato i problemi alla reception e l’addetto mi ha ringraziato dicendo che avrebbe segnalato alla manutenzione.

Stanza interno un po’ vecchia

Clean, and a comfy enough bed. The bathroom had a commercial toilet paper dispenser and hand soap dispenser, both of which I think cheapened the look of the room. Maybe they had problems with people taking the extra roll of toilet paper. They also did not provide any glasses (good think I had my collapsible travel cup with me), and had maybe the oldest wall mount hair dryer ever. The worst thing though was that there not only was no shower door, only about half of the bath even had glass at all, which meant the floor was soaked by the time you were finished with your shower. Also noticed there is a resort fee. Zero idea what that is for because this definitely is not a resort.

Scramble eggs cold in ceramic in metal container with small tea light candle under. Hard beds and they try to hide some of the first review I posted. So now I'm more unhappy. The staff were nice and rooms big. The rooms were clean as well as cooled.

After my experience in this hotel, I have learned once for all that it's better not to be influenced too much by the negative (and sometimes also positive) reviews here in tripadvisor. I just wanted to tell that in my case everything was perfect: I stayed in a clean and overall good room, receptionists were polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was very good, just what I should expect from a 3 star hotel, and actually the croissants were warm and just fresh. The communication with the hotel was perfect from the very beginning. Honestly I couldn't find any fault in anything. So I can really recommend this hotel for visiting the city, as the metro stop is also very near

Albergo tranquillo, discreto e pulito, con stanze accoglienti e ambienti piccoli ma confortevoli. Ideale per visite alla città e per quanti desiderano stare vicini al Politecnico. La metro è a due passi, ma anche il centro non è poi lontanissimo. La colazione è essenziale, ma buona, così come il servizio
