Buffet colazione poveriasimo. No insalate, solo 4pezzi di formaggio, alcune fette pancetta, uova fredde, pane in cassetta confezionato. Succhi industriali, insomma.. 15euro.. L hotel spoglio, privo di tutto, senza porta bagno, pulizia scarsa, ho trovato capelli e rubinetto grasso. 152euro,hilton double tree al lingotto sarebbe di gran meglio. Controllate sempre i commenti, conviene

酒店總體還是可以，房間就比較簡單

It is a very well run hotel, with a huge and bright lobby which is also the place for breakfast and meals, because they good good quality food for a very reasonable price.  The rooms are good in terms of bedding and other requirements, they even provide shavers and other amenities which other brands don't necessarily provide anymore. Don't expect a nice view, even my suite did not have one, and don't except to walk out and fond a choice of restaurants and bars. In clear you are about 15 mns by car from the nice part of town, and Turin is amazingly nice. All the staff are really very friendly and there is a 24 hours reception and also a well secured (pay) parking.  I don't mean to push for coffee, which too many people abuse, but as "small" details showing how caring they are, you can even have a (or as many as you want) good quality expresso in the lobby for free, whereas in most hotels they have to pay sometimes high prices for a single shot

I spent a week on business trip. It is not in the center, but with the metro just a couple of mintes away, it is on a great place. Next to Eataly and the Lingotto, pleanty of parking around. The room I had was spacious, 2 windows that could be opened (facing the railway, but overall quiet), a couch, working corner, small fridge. OIn my taste the bed was alittle too soft (I love very hard matressess). The bathroom is big, with a bathtube instead of a shower (keep in mind in base of the age or the physical conditions). The gym is not big and can accomodate 5 persons simultaneously (if I remember well there are 2 cyclettes, 2 tapis roulant and 2 bench). Breakfast is very good, various choices for all tastes. The staff is extremely friendly as well. Overall positive; perhaps slightly costly (abour 200 EUR/night) for a double room single use.

Being a loyal Platinum Elite, I decided to give this hotel a try as there is no other Bonvoy option in Torino. Luckily it was just one night stay with departure at 7AM. I am very sorry to admit it but the hotel is one of the worst Marriott properties I have ever stayed at. Entrance, lobby, lift, rooms - all is screaming "please renovate me!" The only positive thing I am able to mention was a friendly staff at the front desk.

I travel to Turin often but always stay at a hotel that’s a non-Marriott brand. But being an Ambassador Elite I really try and stay at Marriott properties wherever I can, go decided I would give this hotel a second chance. Ambassador Benefits: No free breakfast, although you get a $10 food and beverage credit per person per day. I booked two junior suites and both suites were upgraded to one bedroomed suites. Both suites were available for 1pm. Our amenity gift was a tin of candy. Location: 2.5 miles out of the center. Ubers and taxis were 15€-20€ depending on the time of day. There was a shopping mall next to the hotel and a few restaurants and bars in the area. It was also across from one of the train stations. For me personally I didn’t like the location, and would prefer to be in the center where I can walk to everything. Rooms: whilst the one bedroom suite was lovely and clean and of a nice size I was really not impressed how the AC was on a timer so would go off during the night. Absolutely ridiculous, every night I woke up hot and with no air. The breakfast was €16 or 12€ if booked at checkin. I hate to say this is one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have had in a very long time. Poor food selection. Completely ran out of coffee. The water for tea was just aired. All in all a disappointing stay, this was also my experience several years ago and the reason I always stay in a none Marriott brand hotel for all my visits to Turin. I tried again just in case anything had improved, but I won’t be staying here again. Back to the Turin Palace for me.

I had a very pleasant stay at the AC Hotel in Turin. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests or questions. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. While the hotel itself is a bit far from the city center, it’s well-connected, making it easy to get around with a little extra planning. Overall, the AC Hotel offers great value for money, and despite the location being a bit out of the way, the comfort and service more than made up for it. I’d be happy to stay here again!
