The best hotel in Turckheim!! Go celebrate with Nicole and the staff here--they took such good care of 35 or so crazy Americans celebrating our local friend's birthday! Every single need was anticipated including wine and snacks on the patio when we returned form our daily adventures! Merci mille fois!

The Hotel was a small friendly place. The Hotel is located at the edge of the picturesque old town of Turckheim. The rooms are upstairs on the first and second floor, in the ground floor they have a restaurant. Unfortuately, there is no elevator. The heating is only electrical, so it was a bit cold, as we were there on a cold day. The reception was closed and check-in and check-out were in the restaurant. We didn't eat in the restaurant and didn't have breakfast.

We stayed three nights and had a lovely time. The location is outstanding, right outside the main Turckheim gate. The room was clean and appointed with nice touches from the local town. The hotel manager was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She even noticed that I brought my own croissant from the cafe around the corner one morning - and then she made sure to have croissants available for me at her breakfast buffet the next morning. If you’re visiting Turckheim, this is a wonderful choice for a place to stay!

This hotel is perfection. Veronique made our stay amazing--we had the whole hotel for 3 nights, for a birthday party, and everyone form the US and France just adored it. The location was perfect right by the gate to the city, and steps away from the bus stop, train station, activities, tourist office, cafes, grocery store, wine tasting rooms (YUM), etc. and the rooms are super comfortable and have everything you need. Veronique hosted receptions for us and impromptu gatherings in the courtyard, always anticipating what we all might want or need before we did! She, and the Berceau, played a key role in the organization and spirit of the weekend. The food and wine were amazing; breakfast is a great deal; the courtyard became our gathering place; there is a fridge available to everyone on the first floor so we kept it stocked with our own wine and snacks; the bells from the church nearby do ring, but you would hear them anywhere in Turckheim; the room decor is cute and I had the BEST view from my bathroom (room 31)!; no elevator but the 3 floors were manageable. Hotel dog Jaya is a love, and Veronique even gave me a ride to the train station in Colmar on a Sunday (very few trains, no buses, and double-price taxis on Sundays) in her own car! MERCI VERONIQUE pour un séjour magique! A la prochaine!

The stay in the hotel was 1 night - the place is charming, we are in the heart of the city. The rooms are in a little kitsch style but that's what makes the charm of the hotel. It is very quiet and we sleep very well. The breakfast is served in a common room - it is diversified and it is very good.

Great place, very nice architecture of the hotel and the town. Very large and confortable bedroom Great breakfast room and breakfast Very welcoming staff. The owner shares excellent addresses where to eat here to go etc. Definitely a place to stay, earth to discover the noice villages around (Alsace Route des vins) and Colmar!

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Hôtel et chambres typiques de l'Alsace. Petit déjeuner/buffet, complet et copieux. (sucré, salé, confitures maison, etc...). Petit + = Garage pour vélos. Patronne au petit soin pour ses clients.

Dans ce lieu typique et plein de charme, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Véro la propriétaire des lieux. La chambre était joliment décorée en pur style alsacien et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Nous sommes obligés de revenir pour savourer la spécialité de la maison, la fondue vigneronne! Anne et Willy.

Excellent ! Très bon séjour entre randonneurs . Hôtel charmant,propre ,calme, tres bien situé et surtout un accueil formidable .Véronique nous fait partager sa passion du terroir et surtout sa gentillesse . Très bel endroit ! Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir .
