The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable environment overall. However, the bistro next door played music until around 3 AM, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. . Overall, while the room quality and cleanliness were good

Great to be so close to the hawker food centres by the park. Quiet, pleasant and comfortable enough. Clean, fast enough wifi and free parking. Note there's no lift and do ask for a room facing away from the nightclub. We stayed on Monday and it was very loud til 1am ish. Good to have water cooler and hot water for drinks on every floor but you have to leave your room to get it.

Perfect for me as I want to be near Taiping Lake, but it was a good choice as it was a few minutes away from Taiping Mall and lots of food around. It was a an oldies hotel, everything and everyone was like me, but with good management and maintenance everything was good. And yes, good value!

Strategic location, supportive receptionist and super clean & comfy room. Highly recommended to those wanted to stay at the heart of taiping city centre where everything within walking distance

Old school type of small town hotel, but cleverly modernized. Clean throughout. Walking distance to all major taiping attractions. I loved that it is near lake gardens, taiping zoo and built larut. Work up an appetite, and you're within walking distance to larut matang food court too. I would stay again definitely.

The location is strategic and suitable for business traveller

The room so clean and comfortable..the owner(i think) so nice and ask me every time if i need anything.. its because i arrive late nite i didn't take pic.. i was forget my son blanket,he call me..even he say if you already on highway i will keep for you.. anything can cone pick up.. i will come again because of owner so kind to my family..

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Nice cosy room. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor . staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. i saw yellow pages book in the room...

Love the services, all the staff are friendly and supportive. The room is clean and huge, I got deluxe room for 5 persons and really comfortable. Have 2 set of tables, not have fridge but it's okay because they provide water dispenser on each level. Hwv for those who bring old people can ask for room in level 1 or 2 because it doesn't have lift. The wifi connection is strong, the television is smart tv and air-conditioned is a liitle bit but it is okay. I love the vibes of the hotel, really recommended.

Super location near to food place

The hotel is not new but the location is very good. -Ample parking space. Check in abit long as is done manually and even with online booking and paid, they are unable to verifiy. Water dispenser on every floor. Need to request for housekeeping, new towels and extra pillows.

Very close to Taiping lake and downtown but quiet Room is clean and bad is good Not suitable for old people or disabled as there's no lift Will definitely book this hotel if I'm coming to stay in Taiping
