Community Rules: 1. Registration: All guests must provide: Full name, address, contact information and names of all guests (including day visitors) at least 2 business days before check-in. The 10 person occupancy INCLUDES infants and children. Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in Renters are required to provide a valid driver's license upon entry into the community. Unregistered guests are not allowed inside the gated community as per HOA guidelines. 2. Access to Community Amenities Guests are welcome to access the community’s amenities—including the lakes/beaches, pools, tennis/basketball courts—with the purchase of a community wristband for just $10 per person. These can be added at the time of booking or purchased directly at the pool/community office. Children 5 and under do not require a wristband. All community amenities are operational based on the community's discretion and prevailing weather conditions. These might change without prior notice and the hosts have no control over their availability.
