Had a wonderful time at Mistiq Tulum, i would definitely come back and highly recommend!!!!! The staff is amazing everyone was really nice. The hostess Valentina, she was great very nice and helpful all the time. I loved that the complex has restaurants and coffee places right there and even a convenience store. I spent almost the whole time laying at the pool area, If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy and take a break from busy life this is your call!!!!

Our stay at Mistiq Tulum was nothing short of amazing. We stayed in an owner-occupied penthouse, which is also available on platforms like Airbnb. The highlight was the private rooftop pool, offering stunning views of the lush jungle. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Mistiq Tulum is well-equipped for both relaxation and activity. The onsite gym was never crowded, making it easy to maintain a workout routine—I even enjoyed yoga every day. The property features an onsite restaurant, and just a short walk away, I discovered Jungle Hamburger, a hidden gem for a casual meal. Situated between Tulum City Center and the beach, the property offers a nice balance of seclusion and access. I rented a scooter to get around, which made exploring easy despite the somewhat rough roads. Mistiq also provides a shuttle to a nearby beach club, making beach days effortless. Since we were working during our stay, I was initially concerned about internet reliability. However, I had no issues with video calls, which was a huge relief. Whether you’re a digital nomad or just need to check in on work, Mistiq provides a stable connection. Tips for Your Stay 1. Fly into Tulum Airport – We traveled from Las Vegas, and I was thankful to avoid the two-hour transfer from Cancun. 2. Take an Uber & Stock Up – Grab some basic groceries on your way in, especially if you need high-protein snacks. 3. Book the Private Chef – Our chef prepared breakfast and left a beautiful fruit platter for the day—highly recommended! 4. Use the Beach Shuttle – Take advantage of Mistiq’s shuttle service to the beach club for a hassle-free experience. 5. Explore Tulum City – The dining scene is incredible, though some spots can be overpriced. Still, the culinary experience is worth it.

I had a nice stay at Mistiq: The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service from the receptionist, Valentina—she was incredibly kind, helpful even out of her work hours, and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I stayed in room C101, which was peaceful and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, touristy place but a good experience,

Concierge and security staff were so helpful and lovely! Valentina gave us amazing recommendations and helped us organise a scooter for our stay, and a taxi on the way home. The place feels safe and it’s very clean and a convenient location from beach and town with a scooter. Thank you MISTIQ!

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment at Mistiq Tulum. The place was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped. We were especially impressed by the stylish decor and the comfortable beds – we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The multiple pools, balconies, and well-equipped gym made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for us: the city center is about a 25-minute walk away, and it was pleasantly quiet. We also appreciated the shuttle service that took us directly to a beach bar for a small fee. Communication with the rental management was straightforward and hassle-free – all our questions were promptly addressed. This apartment is perfect for couples and families, as it offers two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We rented bikes directly at the property and rode to nearby cenotes – definitely a highlight of our stay! We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would love to return anytime!

The room wasn’t given what expected when we reserved. Many utilities were missing. The boys in the office who are allegedly here to help you out are rude and condescending. The scooter company they are working with is a fraud and will attempt to scam you when returning the scooter inventing that you’ve damaged it. Plus some of the scooter don’t have the breaks working. Because of them I broke my arm and injured my leg and they didn’t even care. No empathy no nothing. You have to beg for the basics. All they want is to take money from you. And they will register your card info and try it against your will. I am so disappointed because it’s a good location and they’ve ruined it with bad management. What a shame.
