Aldea Canzul Tulum

Everything from the first moment I reached out to book through our checkout process was easy and prompt. The hospitality the staff provided was far beyond any expectations I had. We stayed in Casa Chechen and it checked all our boxes. Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Loved the private pool and the serene jungle around us. The beach was a few feet from our back door and provided with sunbeds and privacy. Overall, I will likely stay here again when I eventually go back to Tulum!

An amazing place - felt I was in a magazine. The rooms were a good size and well appointed and clean. The hard-working staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The main living area was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. Access to the beach and the main street was easy. Felt very safe and knew the team had our wellbeing front of mind. Shout out to all the staff and Leo who was very attentive and happy to arrange of taxi for us. The entire place was perfect. The only issue was the loud music being played either side of the house which went into the late night. Not something I assume anything anyone can do about but worth a mention.

Amazing 4 night stay at Aldea Canzul! We stayed in the Casa Chukum house. From the moment we booked, the staff was on point reaching out to see how they could prepare for our trip, suggesting activities, dinner recommendations, nightlife, pre-stocking the house with food and booze, transportation to/from the airport and a personal chef. The customer service throughout our stay was amazing, the staff responds quickly and wants to make you happy. The house itself is right in the middle of the hotel zone and walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and on the beach. The roof of the house is a great place for hang out and have a drink before sunset and the living room was perfect for our group to hang out. They provide breakfast every morning, which makes it easy to start your day and we had the chef prepare an amazing dinner for us one night.

Natalie and Mauricio are the best! They welcomed us and took care of every need from delivered groceries to the house, setting up the volleyball net on the beach, restaurant reservations, setting up transportation, to providing onsite garment care as we readied ourself for the various wedding events. The AC in one of the rooms was not working, but they resolved without hesitation. There is security at beach and back access points . The attention to detail, cleanliness, and beach support was as stated by the reviews. This place is nestled in the right part of town with top rated restaurants at a short walking distance. The house Casa Chakte has 3 floors and comfy coves through out the house and a dipping pool can be found to relax and take in nature. Even though there was party music at neighboring restaurants and clubs, this property offers enough privacy and seclusion to feel the comforts of home away from home. You are guaranteed to catch sunrises and a nice ocean view as this house offers a rooftop to lounge in, including a hammock to lay back and hear the sounds of nature. We went for 5 nights to attend brother’s destination wedding and most of our family and friends stayed at various Ahau Collection properties and Aldea Canzul was a true 5 star property from arrival to departure. We highly recommend.

This was an awesome experience right from the get go. We were to arrive around the uninvited early Hurricane. Mauricio who was helping me coordinate the trip, was very reassuring and made our trip finally come true. The house was clean, gorgeous and perfect for our party of 10. Upon arrival to the farewell, all our 4 days were filled with pampering, diligent responses to our questions, great suggestions, and most of all attention to detail. Nat was the most wonderful hostess, always with a smile and just a message away. The most memorable girls trip all because of the hospitality of Nat and Mau. Thank again!!!

My wife and I traveled to Tulum with 17 of our closest friends and family to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The facility is absolutely beautiful and incredibly maintained, but the real story is the staff. They went above and beyond for us at every moment. With such a large group we had a lot of requests and they were always very responsive to what we needed. I can’t thank you all enough for making our 50th bday trip special.
