Bespoke, Member of Small Luxury Hotels

We had a lovely experience at bespoke. We have always loved tankah bay & were excited to try the new boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly & took great care of us, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious & clean & the beach was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. Perfect for couples or families. Laid back & relaxing!

It was an amazing experience! You can totally unplug and just enjoy this hotel, which has everything – even a gym if you want to stay in shape. From the start, they greet you with a refreshing drink that immediately gets you in vacation mode. The rooms are like little apartments with everything you need, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. The only thing I’d suggest is having a pantry delivery option, cause we had to drive all the way to the town, and honestly, no one wants to spend their vacation in a supermarket. But that was really the only downside. Paola, the concierge, was awesome and took care of everything for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because she was always one step ahead. All the staff is very friendly. breakfast could be a bit better or more complete, especially if you´ve a kitchen is fully equipped but is empty.

We just finished our stay at the Bespoke hotel. The check in process was so easy. The property itself is beautiful and never feels crowded. The staff of course helps make the place run so smoothly. ‘Papi’ does such an excellent job of making you feel at home and always taken care of. His relaxed attitude helps you shift from busy life at home to the correct mindset to unwind. Anayi (unsure of spelling) was very dedicated in serving both at the restaurant and beach with a smile. Alfredo was so helpful with our luggage and setting up umbrellas at the beach. He always was very kind. The staff in general was excellent and made our vacation that much more wonderful. The restaurant is small, but the food is excellent. The guys in the kitchen are doing a great job. There are 3 complementary kayaks you can use to explore the beach and some coral formations. you’ll want to bring some goggles to check out some of the fish and stingrays in the bay. The layout of our hotel room was excellent. There’s a large kitchen area so you can do some grocery shopping prior to arriving and have use of their refrigerator and fully functional kitchen. We had three bedrooms that were beautiful and the bathrooms felt like you were at a spa. Overall I highly recommend this property and if you are on the fence, you won’t be disappointed.

Hotel was very nice, modern, clean and very friendly customer service. It is located just on the beach and there is a good beach to swim. Nice swimming pool, daybeds and small restaurant open til 5pm. Breakfast included small portion of yogurt, granola, coffee and fruits. Hotel is with drive distance from the Tulum city, but taxi is extremely expensive, 50-60USD return. There is no grocery stores nearby, just couple of hotel restaurants and one mini shop. It is quiet nice place with your own space.

Our family stayed for 5 days during Thanksgiving, the accommodations were excellent, the food was great and the service was the best! The only “bumps” we encountered during the entire week were on the short road heading to reach the resort. Awesome time!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bespoke. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff is very friendly and polite. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. The condo (Azure) was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The ocean front accommodations where remarkable with a wonderful sand beach. On a hot day, the pool was the perfect temperature to refresh. The location was perfect, we were 15 min away from Xcaret experience (highly recommend). We enjoyed exploring the area from Tulum to Playa de Carmen. The cenotes were very close as well and a great adventure. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Bespoke highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!
