Bespoke, Member of Small Luxury Hotels

Hotel was very nice, modern, clean and very friendly customer service. It is located just on the beach and there is a good beach to swim. Nice swimming pool, daybeds and small restaurant open til 5pm. Breakfast included small portion of yogurt, granola, coffee and fruits. Hotel is with drive distance from the Tulum city, but taxi is extremely expensive, 50-60USD return. There is no grocery stores nearby, just couple of hotel restaurants and one mini shop. It is quiet nice place with your own space.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bespoke. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff is very friendly and polite. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. The condo (Azure) was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The ocean front accommodations where remarkable with a wonderful sand beach. On a hot day, the pool was the perfect temperature to refresh. The location was perfect, we were 15 min away from Xcaret experience (highly recommend). We enjoyed exploring the area from Tulum to Playa de Carmen. The cenotes were very close as well and a great adventure. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Bespoke highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

This is one of the best resorts/condo in which we have ever stayed. The facilities are immaculate and beautiful, especially the infinity pool. We were lucky to have stayed at a time that was off season so we only had a few other couples staying at the same time. It made it feel like our own personal resort. The staff are kind, friendly and tremendously helpful. This is truly one of the best choices you can make for your trip to the beach of Tulum.
