Baymont by Wyndham Tullahoma

This hotel is nothing like the pictures in the website. The room smelled of mildew, the carpet was filthy and stained, and the a/c was unable to fully cool the room. The outside of the building was in much need of repairs. The stairs were non functional and a wooden ladder was placed to be able to use the stairs. Several of the support beams are rotten and one looked as if it was not even attached. The pool was an absolutely revolting. I have seen cleaner ponds. The color was a dark green filled with frogs and other “floating” debris. The ice machines were nonfunctional and the breakfast was stale bread and the items that should have been refrigerated were in cold water. The city has shut down this hotel due to unsafe living conditions. We only stayed bc we did not have the funds to find another hotel. I feel like this was a case of false advertisement on your part with allowing this hotel to be available for booking.

Dirty, unsanitary, and needs extensive maintenance, repairs and renovation. Inside security lock torn off leaving no lock just holes in the door, Bathroom had black mold on the walls, as well as holes and a patched tub, embedded dirt around baseboards, cracked discolored, stained chalking at the base of the toilet, water stains on the ceiling above both beds as if the roof was previously leaking. Low quality and not enough pillows on the bed. Comforter way past its prime, including the building exterior. We stayed on the first floor right next to the 2nd floor staircase, which was draped in caution tape. In the 2,parking spaces in front of our guest room: 1 car with 4 flat tires and a back window where the the glass had been removed replaced with plastic sheeting crisscrossed with electrical tape, the 2nd car filled with maintenance appliances and supplies. My family and I would have loved to enjoy this hotel, but I could never return. Renovate, RENOVATE and MAINTAIN!!

This hotel is hands down the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in. The bathrooms are gross, covered in mold. The sink faucet won't stop dripping, and the smell? It's beyond words. The lobby is just as bad, reeking of onions and rotten food. I shelled out $121 for a place that's not even worth 10 bucks. I've got pics to back up my claims. They better give me a refund. What a nightmare for me and my 14-year-old daughter.

The property has junk cars sitting in the parking lot and junk AC units piled up against the building. The tub had holes in it with white tape covering them up. Sheets were cleaned but stained. Cob webs under the counter. Noise.

DO NOT BOTHER. This place looked like a crime scene. Caution tape everywhere, doors kicked in. lights that flickered , and the smell was horrible. It was so filthy. The mattresses were lumpy. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

First the driveway is very difficult to see in the dark. The street the hotel is not lighted on its side of the street. Neither is the hotel sign. If you are coming in after dark the driveway is right below the non light sign. Slow down it is easy to miss. More importantly I woke up with bugs in the room. I am not sure what type of bugs these were but I found them on the walls, the sink area, and the bathroom. Not many, but enough to realize they did not casually enter through an open door. I saw them scurrying behind items and under the carpet between the bathroom and main area.

Crumbling old building, everything in the room was old and worn out. The stopper for the bathroom sink was laying on the counter,the whole place was not very clean, broken bed that rocked and tilted. We would have switched rooms if we had noticed before climbing into it.

This is an establishment that has lost it luster since I first stayed in 2014. Maintenance of the facility has gone down. My room had the swing lock for the door broken, towel rack in the bathroom barely hanging on. In addition, you can see daylight from around the door (vertical and top). Why is the ice machine not available? Get a bag of ice from the office. Wyndham leaders need to take a critical look at this location. Not up to Wyndham standards!

A well worn hotel, that is not maintained. The main hotel light in the front is not lit making entering the hotel at night hazardous from the road due to the steep driveway. The lights in the bathroom were not covered with a globe and were rusted. There was a gap of about 3/4-1 inch under the rooms door which I had to cover with a towel. On day two of my stay my towel and bath mat was not replaced making getting out of shower slippery. Several rooms had broken doors, electrical cables running across sidewalks.
