Really good experience. We got upgraded to honeymoon suite which was amazing. We actually extended our stay but the second night had one of the suites which wasn’t as spacious or clean. But the excursions and the views were just out of this world. Highly recommend doing the 3D2N as you can go to one of the local villages on cat ba island and cycle around. The staff were friendly especially Jannie. She spoke the best English.

Recommended for travellers who choose to have a relaxing trip. This cruise go to the Lan Ha Bay, less crowded place.

Everything was perfect. Food,service, room,excellent. The wifi just needs to be improved.

Great room with amazing view on the boat. Cruise got renovated in 2022 so everything is decent and new. Staff are really helpful while activities are well arranged for guests.

The overall feeling is not good . The crew is trying to be nice but it always feel like they see you as a wallet and not more . Every extra service they offer is over priced. The cruise is nice . The trip day attraction was very burning and waist of time . I would expand for more value for my money. And with so many great options to choose in halong bay I don’t see any reason to choose them . Sorry

客觀來說給船上多數的服務人員5星好評，熱情歡迎，多數體貼，但當天的customer manager 對於危機處理的態度相當糟糕，如果您有特別想住的房型，建議您不要選擇這艘郵輪，因十分期待這趟旅行，我們於出發前一個月特別與飯店確認我們預定的三人帶陽台房，是否與照片相同(擔心有誤解與期待不符合)，飯店回覆沒錯就是這個有陽台的房型，歡迎我們的入住！沒想到上了郵輪，三人帶陽台房直接被換給團體客人，直接被換到了沒有陽台的房間！船上客戶經理更仗著我們已經在海上進退兩難，直接回覆我們就是滿房了沒有其他選擇，除此之外房間的備品發霉，枕頭套有黑點，地上有垃圾，門鎖也是壞的！再三要求解決方案一路拖到晚上八點，客戶經理皆以隨意態度回覆…最終給了船上的SPA按摩免費，並安排晚上22:45後才能去，原預定的75分鐘按摩皆變成30分鐘，同時因按摩師已疲累，基本上並不算體驗到SPA…滿懷期待並在海上失落到底及隨時擔心自己的生命安全，真的是一趟很糟糕的體驗，唯一的萬幸是透過trip訂購，平台願意快速協助處理，如果你有想體驗在下龍灣浪漫的氛圍，建議您多多評估，是否選擇這艘郵輪

A experiência no Erina Cruise foi perfeita. O barco é muito confortável e lindo. O quarto é espaçoso e luxuoso. A cama era perfeita, pena não ter mais tempo para ficar deitado. O barco fornece inúmeras atividades para os viajantes: pesca, passeio de bicicleta, mergulho, praias, apresentações ao vivo, caiaque, piscina aquecida, tv a cabo, etc. As refeições incluídas são muito saborosas e o serviço no restaurante é notável. A limpeza do quarto foi excelente. Meu agradecimento especial para a funcionária Lee que foi gentil e até mesmo aprendeu algumas palavras em meu idioma para se comunicar comigo. A música no barco foi muito agradável também. Para ajudar os outros viajantes deixo duas dicas: 1 - hospese-se por pelo menos 2 noites para aproveitar ao máximo a experiência. Ha Long Bay merece toda atenção dispensada. 2 - A internet é bastante instável. Se precisa trabalhar, considere uma alternativa à oferecida a bordo.

鍾乳洞に行くのかと思っていましたが、行きませんでした。 楽しみにしていただけに残念でした。 客船に着くまで時間がかかり、また客船までの道中の説明があればよかったです。
