Much of the town accom is aware of the night train arrivals into Sapa, and as such can offer early check in etc. The wonderful folks at Pine Hill gave us free brekky, a place for a pre check-in shower and bag storage. Loved our rooms, great bathroom and awesome tub. Helped with cars, treks and cabs. On leaving for the train station they even supplied farewell sandwiches for our travel. Disliked · Zero.

Beyond perfection, I will say it. Location, breakfast, the view from the hotel room, staffs and accommodation inside of the room, almost everything is perfect 👍. And we did not expect the takeaway sandwiches, bananas and bottles of water were prepared with a paper bag for us when we checked out because hotel staffs knew that we were heading back to Ha Noi and that was their hospitality with care.. we were amazed and joyful.

Great stay, lovely staff, cozy decoration, best value! The location is . It's near the restaurants, Sun Station for Muong Hoa train, The stone Church. It's convernient for go somewhere. I love the wood villa with view from balcony. I'd stayed here for 2 times and still loving this hotel. Stay here and Stay chill

From the moment we walked in, the staff were kind and attentive. After a tiring night on the Sapa night train from Hanoi we arrived to complementary showers and breakfast. Breakfast was on the 4th floor and the views across the town were lovely. We had a two bed family bungalow on the 6th floor with incredible views - photos don't do it justice. After 2 days of trekking we were welcomed back, despite being utterly muddy and soaking wet, to complementary showers, a place to clean our boots and sandwiches for our onward journey. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us, rooms were gorgeous and views across the town were stunning. Shame we had such a short stay.

1. Service The hotel let us shower many times even when we weren’t yet booked in or after we had booked out. They even gave us complimentary breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were always accommodating, friendly and helpful. There was a great sense of the hotel being ready to serve your needs and more. It easily felt like you belonged there. 2. Room Wonderful room with great bathroom and comfortable beds. The view overlooked the city and the clouds which creeped over the mountains. 3. Miscellaneous Friendly, cute and cared-for cats. Easy accessibility around the hotel. A nice breakfast with many options. I can’t speak for the price since I wasn’t the one who booked the hotel but I would definitely recommend staying here and want to stay longer than the 1 night.
