스탠다드룸을 예약했는데 비수기여서 그런지 디럭스룸으로 업그레이드 받았습니다. 로비직원들도 정말친절하고 생긴지 얼마안돼서 그런지 룸컨디션도 최고였어요!! 다음에 오면 돈을 더 주고 위층에 있는 독채로 예약할 것 같습니다. 조식먹을 때 보니 한국인 숙박객분들도 많은 것 같은데 룸 컨디션을 중요시하면 최고의 선택일 것 같네요

The room is nice, the staff is super friendly and thoughtful. My family took the train to go to Sapa and came back so the time is a bit tricky. The staff was so thoughtful, she offered us a place to take a quick shower and prepared a light sandwich for us to eat while waiting for the train, even if we checked out already. Definitely recommend this place if you visit Sapa!

Beyond perfection, I will say it. Location, breakfast, the view from the hotel room, staffs and accommodation inside of the room, almost everything is perfect 👍. And we did not expect the takeaway sandwiches, bananas and bottles of water were prepared with a paper bag for us when we checked out because hotel staffs knew that we were heading back to Ha Noi and that was their hospitality with care.. we were amazed and joyful.

Great stay, lovely staff, cozy decoration, best value! The location is . It's near the restaurants, Sun Station for Muong Hoa train, The stone Church. It's convernient for go somewhere. I love the wood villa with view from balcony. I'd stayed here for 2 times and still loving this hotel. Stay here and Stay chill

We only booked one night here but wishing we stayed here for weeks! Greeted really well by hospitable staff who were happy to care for our every need. Had a delicious complimentary breakfast then went into the room with the best view that any of the hotels in sapa can offer. Very spacious and lovely. On another note, look for the two friendly ginger cats that are residents at the hotel!

From the moment we walked in, the staff were kind and attentive. After a tiring night on the Sapa night train from Hanoi we arrived to complementary showers and breakfast. Breakfast was on the 4th floor and the views across the town were lovely. We had a two bed family bungalow on the 6th floor with incredible views - photos don't do it justice. After 2 days of trekking we were welcomed back, despite being utterly muddy and soaking wet, to complementary showers, a place to clean our boots and sandwiches for our onward journey. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us, rooms were gorgeous and views across the town were stunning. Shame we had such a short stay.

1. Service The hotel let us shower many times even when we weren’t yet booked in or after we had booked out. They even gave us complimentary breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were always accommodating, friendly and helpful. There was a great sense of the hotel being ready to serve your needs and more. It easily felt like you belonged there. 2. Room Wonderful room with great bathroom and comfortable beds. The view overlooked the city and the clouds which creeped over the mountains. 3. Miscellaneous Friendly, cute and cared-for cats. Easy accessibility around the hotel. A nice breakfast with many options. I can’t speak for the price since I wasn’t the one who booked the hotel but I would definitely recommend staying here and want to stay longer than the 1 night.

We stayed for 4 nights in March 2024 in a One bed bungalow. From the outset, the staff could not do enough for us, and we were looked after very well. The bungalow was comfortable, very clean, and as an added bonus, on colder evenings, an electric blanket was switched on for us 😀 Breakfast was included with lovely views from the restaurant. One small drawback which has nothing to do with Pine Hill hotel, is that there is a hotel higher up the hillside which has karaoke from 1900-2300, and it was loud in our room a couple of nights. I would highly recommend Pine Hill Eco Lodge. Thank you so much to the team.
