Very comfortable and clean hotel. easy to find food and to Sun Plaza. The staff are friendly, communicative and very helpful to give any information. Highly recommended hotel for those who want to travel to sapa 👍

Highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is wisely located in the center of Sapa. There’s an ATM right in front, which was very convenient for us. The room was well-maintained, and they serve great food. The staff are attentive and helpful, especially when it comes to giving suggestions for touring Sapa. Shoutout to the team and Front Desk staff Selene for accommodating us throughout our stay!

Friendly and helpful hotel staff to assist us when we faced some issue there. Just walk a minute reach the cable station (Sun Plaza), night market and Sapa presentation stage. If you like massage, just walk along the hotel, many massage shop can be selected. But, need bargain the service price. You may enjoy the delicious dish like salmon hotpot, pumpkin chicken soup restaurant just nearby the hotel. And, the hotel breakfast also variety of dish served.

Our stay was EPIC!!! the room was the best. It has balcony facing the Sapa centre. The service was good. The staffs was the best most especially Selena. she helped us a lot from booking our alpine coaster to finding us a driver going anywhere. They always give us tea in the lobby. The food was superb as well. Our breakfast didn’t disappoint us. All taste well. this hotel made our stay in sapa epic. and did I say the location was the best with near restaurants, massage and retail shops. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The place is so convenient and near to station and places of interest and the reception staff, Selena is so friendly, we did enjoy your stay here. However the towels at the hotel are kinda not acceptable for usage 🥲

The hotel has a great location, less than a minute walk to Sapa Station and the park, super near food stalls, convenience stores, mini marts, restaurants and the lake. So many breakfast buffet options and so cheap on the price! Dua, the receptionist was super cheerful and such a joy. She greets us by name all the time, she takes good care of the guests, super responsive. I'd recommend the place to friends, and will def stay here when I go back to Sapa.

Me & hubby had a really remarkable time during our stay. The location was splendid.. many shops around and just 1 min walk to Sun Plaza.. The front desk staff was very helpful and their way of warming u to hotel was superb. Hotel is clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.  The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.  The location was perfect for exploring the city.  We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.  We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tin Tin, Huong, and Selena for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.  A special shout-out to Selena for going above and beyond when we realized we had left our earphones in the hotel, already on the bus to Hanoi. We reached out via WhatsApp, and Selena arranged for the earphones to be sent to our next hotel in Hanoi through their limousine service. That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!

Located just next to sapa station, and easy for strolling around . Staff is really helpful and nice. Worth of money

Eversmiling and helpful young people at the reception. Right in the the town centre and opposite the Sapa Centre for train services to Fansipan.Meticulously clean bathrooms and room. Has a inhouse restaurant. Breakfast at VD100 K is very good value.
