Ideal location easy walk to Sapa lake and town - staff friendly and helpful smiling all day. We had Bed breakfast and set evening meal great variety and quality. Clean and fresh bedroom air conditioning with TV and tea coffee water - tours and trekking centre for tour buses with buffet lunch

This is my first time I have stayed in this hotel .Ms Moon the hotel manager is so kind and helpful who arranged the trips to Cat Cat village and Fanxipan summits for us with perfect service and we had incredible trips and we also did visit O Quy Ho summit 2035 meters high as her recommendation. She arranged our dinner in the red Dzao restaurant nearby which was amazing and delicious. Our rooms in the May sapa hotel were nice and clean and breakfast was great too. We will definitely come back here again and recommend for everyone. Thanks Ms Moon for your wonderful hospitality.

I was skeptical on this hotel when I read the (not so good) reviews before my trip. But oh my, it turned out very fine! The hospitality provided by Ms Moon, owner of the hotel and of course her team members, was great! She was always on the look out for us, we felt at home! - Sending us off for day tours and welcoming us at the hotel entrance when we return from tours. Giving us tour tips and all. - Always ensuring we have our fill of tea/coffee. - Even noticed me and my tour mates might not be well dressed enough for Fansipan (it actually blew 8 degrees up there along with crazy winds!), loaned us her personal jackets. It’s not a big star hotel in terms of accommodation, but room is clean and so are the amenities/facilities. Next to hotel is a supermarket and it is also walking distance to Sapa Square, night markets. Surrounded by food/massage shops too. Hospitality is five stars and beyond! :)
