The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Been staying here for 3 nights. Their location is very strategic and near with Sun Plaza. The staff also very friendly and kind. I am happy with their services.

i love this hotel, in a center of sapa town, kots of restaurants and cafe nearby. Receptionist is sweet, she suggested many places for us to visit. Would stay at this hotel again!

We arrived early morning and the receiptionist helped us so we can do early check in. The room not so spacious but its unique. Luckily we have heater on our bed. But for water heater maybe should check again, because can't be use properly

Really great stay with excellent location. Few minutes walk from sun plaza. Room was fully equipped and nice and cosy. Bathroom was lovely with hot water. Really can't recommend enough. Staff were excellent as well!

We stay for 1 night. Very helpful staff. Staff help us to contact our bus operator As the bus did not come on time to pick us up and wait with us. Hav luggage storage area and place to freshen up after check out.

The owner of the hotel are kind . We came early in the morning by bus , and we ask for early check in . They allow . The room clean , big and comfortable. The price also reasonable. I recommend for the tourist about this hotel in Sapa . The location also in central of sapa town . It was close to Sun plaza station .

Good place!! At the center of sapa

About 5 minutes walk to Sun World Plaza for buying cable trip to Fansipan Mountain 3,143 meters. Thanks for the upgrade since the first night so we finally stayed for 3 nights. Very good room with luxury look although not brand new. To enter the front door, you need to walk for more than 10 steps down the staircase. Fast elevator. Electronic key card. Everything was good during our stay. They only took the photo of my passport when I checked in without keeping it like in the past in other hotels in Vietnam. Thank you very much for helping to carry my luggage. I post a photo up the mountain top at 11:51am of 12 Jan 2022.
