Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect stay for a family vacation - we had a wide age range with young children (2 and 5) and a senior (70) in our travel group. Booked the family connecting rooms. Views from the room balconies were stunning. Everyone had a great time. Staff was incredibly accommodating - both kids got sick in the car on the way up and we were able to send everything including the car seat covers to laundry when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, room service was fast and tasty too. They have a shuttle service, but we just called taxis through Grab (~$2 one-way). Got an indulgent foot massage at Chi Spa. Only regret, wished we stayed an extra night! Would recommend with young kids to pack extra snacks and shelf stable milk as there’s no market or bodega nearby.

The hotel is a beautiful 5-star property not too far from Sapa town with luxurious interiors, stunning valley views, and excellent breakfast service—even with personal touch from the GM himself. While the overall stay was pleasant, the final day was marred by a poorly handled incident. After being locked out of the room due to a door battery issue, we were later accused of taking a missing toilet roll bag. Forced to unpack our luggage in front of others on the reception lobby floor, the experience was humiliating and upsetting. Although an apology was offered, it came too late. The lack of professionalism and proper procedures overshadowed an otherwise good stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family of 8. Booked 2 villas and the experience is excellent. Guest service is great, the facilities and rooms are very well maintained, although the gym room could be better equipped with more machines. I have to commend the GM, Mr Steven Tan, as is very detailed and hands on. Saw him cooking at the egg station due to manpower shortage, then he was at the front office receiving guests and sending off guest, even hold up umbrellas for guests disembarking from tour buses during rainy days. Very hands on and very willing to pull up his sleeves and help out. Rarity for a General Manager. One of our villas door lock was having issues and he came to apologize personally and explained the issue with the locks...turns out the wet weather in Sapa wreaks havoc on the digital locks. Restauarnts serves very good Italian and Vietnamese cuisine, which is why we ended up having 2 dinners in the hotels during our 3 nights stay in Sapa. Wonderful experience and we will definitely come back to Silk Path whenever we come back to Sapa. And because of this experience, I will definitely try out the Silk Path hotels in Hanoi in my next business trips. Kudos to Mr Steven Tan and his team.

My credit card was hacked and used for this scammer hotel.when contacted trip.com they tried to help but ass hole hotel don't want to return the money even though no one show up and I Don have any vietnam friend who booked multiple iteneries.bloody greedy hotel and run by basxxrds.

Wonderful experience especially the customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. The spa is really next level, with pristine facilities and high quality treatments.

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, and the room with a small balcony is surprisingly cozy and not too cramped. The bathroom features an old-style bathtub. Breakfast is decent. The spa treatment was amazing and staffs were friendly, though a bit pricey. The hotel is located slightly away from downtown, but they offer a convenient shuttle service in the morning and evening.

The service was excellent. The General Manager was always at the breakfast cafe greeting and chatting with guests. We asked for a 3pm late checkout n he immediately went to check his inventory for the day n got back to us personally 30mins later that it’s ok for us to keep our room till 3pm. He also recommended several house specialities for us to try at the buffet bfs. Love the architecture n landscape of the hotel. Fantastic view too

Perfect stay! The staff was so helpful and had even organised a cosy get-together for New Year’s Eve celebrations. They had even prepared a mini fireworks display for us. Thank you!

Located on the hillside of Sapa ,Silk Path is an extremely prestigious resort with wonderful service .The breakfast served was tiptop covering from western to local vietnamese food and the manager even offered us some local coffee during our breakfast. The hotel provide wonderful facilities and an amazing view even walking around the hotel feels really relaxing. There's free shuttle services provided to reach the town of Sapa.The bed is provided with a comforter and the surrounding is very quiet. Overall I had a really pleasant stay at Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort and I would recommend the stay here for anyone visiting Sapa.

We are such a wonderful stay in this beautiful and clean resort with full of flowers everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide free buggy to browse around Sapa town. We will come back again and recommend to friends too.

The place is absolutely amazing, it doesn’t get better than this in Sapa. Room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to cold weather but it must rock during summer. The location is a bit tricky as its on a hill and the walk up is a bit challenging, but they do provide a shuttle car every hour (you have to reserve it first). They made a slip up once where the car did not pick us up on the designated time and location so we had to pay for a third party to take us to the hotel, but the hotel compensated us for it with cash instantly. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, a true five star experience. Special mention to the restaurant manager who is very lovely , friendly and caring. He took care of my husbands diarrhea problems (sorry for the TMI lol my husband insisted me of wring this) by making him a special ginger bamboo concoction, and even offered his personal medication. Truly a great guy.

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am. I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.
