Noticed standard had dropped on the service and cleanliness. Booked for 6 days. And they missed house keeping on the 3rd day. Towels left on the floor were not cleared. Not once but twice. Had to constantly remind and request for housekeeping. The rest are dirty and stained towels. Walls and basin are not washed. Front desk staff, especially the female Malay. Has no clues what is a weighing machine is and is not able to assist with some old newspaper for wrapping fragile glass bottle during flight. And the evening when I discovered no housekeeping was done. Male receptionist could only ask what I needed for now to be done. So, only provided fresh towels only. Staffs need more training on handling guest requests and more understanding upon returning to their room. We expect some peace, freshness and rest time. I hope Cititel will up its service notch. Now that travel has geared up. Thank you.
