Tarisa Resort & Spa

We stayed at Tarisa Resort for 10 nights. Our room 301 was perfect for what we wanted it was kept spotless by our maid the bed was big & was changed regularly with clean towels each day. The pool was good with plenty of sunbeds & the beech was a stones throw away where you could do all sorts of water activities. The food was a little repetitive. There could have been more choices. The food in the Tandoori restaurant was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful, especially the bar staff & the restaurant manager. As soon as we arrived you could tell it was going to be good by the welcome we received from the reception staff. It may be a 3-star hotel, but some areas felt like a 4-star feel to it. The only downside was that the room & pool towels were dated & need replacing.

This was the second time we had stayed at the Tarisa resort. Went there to celebrate my sister birthday.The room which was supposed to be having a garden view room was a view in woods disappointing for the price we paid. Receptionists upon check in information provided was not clear they just hand out the paper having the hotel information. The room keys looks like they have been over used and definitely need to be replaced with new ones. Food options were limited not so many options on buffet but the food was tasty. No one come to welcome you upon arrival carry your own luggage and receptionists be looking at you from their cubical desk awaiting you to approach them.the toilet in the room had flushing problems the water keeps Going on when you flush. In terms of service also it was depending on their mood,The reception manager was kind and helpful. Some staff were nice the other staff at the Reception laughing at guests when you walk away. The requests are not catered for. Minibar empty, nothing in the minibar. Pathetic bathroom amenities. 2 small soap for 3 people.We Used to love the Tarisa resort but left with some bitter memories.

If you want a place to relax, it's Tarisa Hotel. Small place but has almost all the facilities. For a 3-star hotel, the food was indeed very good. Mr Ravi, the barman, was very nice and welcoming. However, some work should be done at the reception. The staff was not welcoming. We were escorted to our room, by the bell boy. Once in the room, we found that the bedsheet was not cleaned with hair all over. We called the reception, and someone from housekeeping attended us and changed the bedsheet. In our second room, the tv was not working, and the same person attended us, but the problem was not solved. We went to the reception, and they said that "c'est un problem en général " but the tv in the other room was working. We tried to fix the tv ourselves and bingo! It works...

Hi, just to inform you that my wife and myself stayed in Tarisa hotel last Wednesday. Our stay was so lovely and with warm hospitality that we got customer satisfaction. The team and especially the manager Mr. Lobin were above to the level to uphold the image of the hotel. This has motivated us to come back again today accompanied by my son and family. No doubt we'll come again with a larger family. Aniket the cook was always there serving us with a smile on his face. The service through out the hotel was more than our expectation. Best wishes. The staff and management team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone from FO, F&B, HSKP team was friendly and attentive. Residence DJ made sure that everyone was on da floor enjoying the evening by creating a lively atmosphere with his music selection.

Very good atmosphere, friendly staff. Always smiling. Helpful ones Can improve on food and drinks But overall very nice environment. Beautiful bedrooms. Good activities too. Warm welcome with cocktails… Animation start late though……
