The staff are nice and friendly. However, hotel policies are awful. They care about their money, NOT their guests. My flight plans from the US changed after I booked my room. Because it was prepaid, the hotel refused to allow me to change the dates of my stay. So, I paid for 2 nights that I could not use. When I arrived, I went to my room. The room is fairly large, which was nice. But, on the wall where the desk sits, there was one outlet. Behind the TV. There was a the TV and a small desk lamp plugged in to it. So, no place to plug in my laptop. You have to use the lamp at night because the room only has 1 overhead light and it is over the door. I went down to the desk to ask if they had a surge protector or extension cord and they just said "no". I told her my problem and she said that I would have to sit on the bed to use my laptop. There is also no mini-fridge or kettle/coffee maker in the room. This was my error for not checking that. But, in the US all rooms have those basic things. I asked to cancel my remaining days so that I could move to a hotel that at least has the basics but they refused to refund any of the money that I paid. I am stuck here for 10 days! NEVER stay here. A fleabag hotel would have been better than this.
