The location offers the advantage of receiving refreshing breezes, and the views over town towards the Caribbean Sea are no less refreshing. 乘坐長途汽車半夜才能到特立尼達。想跟賓館溝通一下，瞭解一下賓館與長途汽車站的位置關係以及到站後到達賓館的方法。但賓館一直不接電話。所以沒敢貿然去特立尼達。未能入住。賓館的實際情況不清楚。但可以説服務不夠好。

Me and my friend had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. It's beautifully located on a hill on walking distance to the center of Teinidad. From the room we had a lovely view on the city and the sea. In the room, everything worked fine, there was enough light and we had no trouble with blackouts or lack of water. In other hotels where we stayed during our visit in Cuba we often had no water or light, or no water in the swimming pool or things like this. Of course it is Cuba and you can't compare with hotels in Europe. In the light of the scare in Cuba I have to say that this hotel is maintained as well as possible, actually it was one of the best during our trip in Cuba. The buffet was good, enough variety (don't forget it's Cuba) and the swimming pool area is reasonably well maintained as well. Staff everywhere has beenvery friendly to us. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed in the hotel in February and I am very pleased with the kindness of all staff. The rooms are nice and clean. The food was great. The view from the hotel is amazing. The disco is great. The swimming pool is very nice too. My whole experience there was great! I totally recommend the complex!

Nice hotel in a very large property. Good food and entertainment. Some rooms are a little way out and need transportation to get to them. Bar rates are very reasonable. Breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent

We had a perfect time here! Bed is good, room is clean, nice swimming pool. In the weekend a lot of entertainment. The diner is really good for Cuba! Not so much choose by breakfast but it was good! WiFi buy by hour, you can choose by the reception. The housekeeping is really creative! Even a letter in Dutch! Had a amazing time!

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in één van de huisjes. Bedden zijn prima, het zwembad is goed. Verder kan ik niets positiefs vinden. Onze airco lekte, en koelde niet. In de kamer een kakkerlak ! Het diner was ronduit slecht. Er zijn mensen ziek geworden van deze maaltijd. Het personeel is overvloedig aanwezig maar lijkt niets onderling af te stemmen.het ontbijt is geen buffet maar een omelet met broodjes van het diner de dag ervoor. De WiFi is tegen betaling, dat is ok, maar in de huisjes niet of nauwelijks aanwezig.

Hola.! Pasamos unas súper estancia, muy agradable, el servicio súper bueno,los trabajadores muy atentos y agradables, en la parte del restauran todo exquisito una muy buena comida.!! En fin pasamos una estancia muy agradable en el hotel.. Lo recomendamos ..

Hotel las cuevas...hotel maravilloso una vista única el atardecer espectacular. Los colores de la vegetación y las vistas me cautivaron...una habitación frente a la piscina tranquila a pesar que ponen música cubana pero volumen medio puedes sentarte en unas sillas muy cómodas y mirar el azul de la.piscina y leer tranquilo . Muchas gracias a todos los que trabajan muy bien el lugar .
