Disappointing Experience Due to Lack of Response and Consideration This was my second consecutive year staying at Club St. George Resort, but unfortunately, my experience this time was far from what I had hoped. After just two days at the resort, I received the heartbreaking news of my mother’s passing, and I had to leave immediately to return home. I approached the reception to inquire about the possibility of a partial refund for the days I would not be able to stay, but I was met with complete disregard. Instead of showing empathy or offering any assistance, I was directed to an email address that went unanswered. Despite multiple attempts to get a response, I was left with no solution, which was especially frustrating during such a difficult time. While I understand there are policies in place, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and support. Having stayed there two years in a row, I expected better treatment and more human consideration. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this resort to others.
