Azzoli Trapani - Apartments&Skypool - Adults Only

The room looked as beautiful as the photos but had no windows. The pool was disgusting but cleaned as soon as it was mentioned. The staff was lovely but English a bit limited.

Location great, you can walk everywhere in a few minutes Modern interior Kind helpful staff Clean (spotless) Arrangement with car park service works well if you have a vehicle You need “whats app” on your phone and know how to use it and then it all works

I have absolutely no idea why this hotel has 3.5 stars and not 4.5/5. We have literally just arrived but first and foremost what a stunningly beautiful structure and hotel. I nearly didn’t book as I was put off by the reviews, hence the reason to write a review within 10 mins of getting our room. We arrived early morning to be greeted by the reception staff with a friendly smile and despite our room not being available this wasn’t a problem as they were happy to store our luggage so we could go and explore. The said to come back at a time which was and hour an half earlier than the official check in, the proceeded to give us the checking information so when we returned we could be shown straight to our room. Well what an amazing first impression, stunning room, on the second floor which displays original features from the historic Sicilian church that the building once was. The lobby area outside the room has comfy sofas and again beautiful architecture. Staff showed us to the room and explained everything. Rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen area, sofa and dining area, bedroom area and clean and function bathroom. Everything is decorated to an incredibly high spec, WiFi working perfectly (full service, not sure why the bad reviews on this previously)! Walked up to the pool areas which is amazing, gorgeous views of the rooftops of Sicily and the sea in the distance. Anyone afraid of booking please don’t hesitate like I did, ignore the bad reviews and book straight away you won’t be disappointed.

Feels like being in an Agatha Christie novel: the style and drama of the converted church with glass antrium are amazing. So is the hospitality. Great value for money. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Lovely staff.

My husband and I had the worst experience at this hotel. The hotel staff was never available in the lobby to get us into the building upon arrival and continued to be absent throughout our stay. There was a sign in our room that there would be no room service until day 3 of our stay and we had people in our room from day 1. Additionally, wifi was out of service the entire time and there was no communication to when it would be fixed. We have reached out to the hotel for compensation and they continue to ignore us. Do not stay here.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Extremely unprofessional. Wi-Fi didn’t work any of the days we were there and there was no service was in the room. Shower was in the bedroom not the bathroom. You were supposed to call to let them know when you were going to check in, but no one answered my 4 calls and I was stranded outside for 30 minutes because the front desk person wasn’t there when she was supposed to be. I was offered a full refund and told to email but then they ignored all emails. do not stay here.

We had a great one day stay at Azzoli. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had small changes with the room due to misinformation. Eventually we received a suitable room. We have been visiting the hotel with our daughter and there has been no problem. Amazing roof top pool to catch a breath and escape the heat:) Stunning interior!

La struttura é di recente restauro presumo ed é molto bella. L'ingresso, le scale,la piccola piscina sul tetto e le camere fanno vedere l'anima portante del palazzo. Le camere hanno zona pranzo ,bagno e letto ma non si affacciano in strada. Dal pozzoluce durante la notte si sentivano odori poco gradevoli. La doccia é accanto al letto e personalmente non ho apprezzato . Scenica ma ha solo il soffione a tetto . Colazione scarsa con limitata scelta

Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia per dieci notti. Abbiamo deciso per Azzoli perché le foto ci piacevano molto. Davamo per scontato che la realtà sarebbe stata così. Sfortunatamente, avere quella fiducia è stato un errore. Si è subito notato quanto questo hotel sia trasandato e poco igienico. L'intonaco stava cadendo dal muro della stanza, indicando pareti umide. Non ci sono finestre che si affacciano sulla strada, solo verso l'interno. L'aria nella stanza era cattiva e puzzava di muffa. Sul tetto, l'area della piscina era contaminata da vecchi escrementi di uccelli. Allo stesso modo la terrazza e le sedie. La colazione consisteva in prodotti confezionati. Scortese con un ospite. Ci siamo lamentati immediatamente. La signora alla reception ci ha offerto un'altra stanza. Per i motivi indicati, l'abbiamo respinta. Ha poi presentato alla direzione la nostra volontà di recedere gratuitamente dal contratto. Pochi minuti dopo abbiamo ricevuto la loro conferma verbale. Siamo stati costretti a cercare un'altra sistemazione con brevissimo preavviso. Ora scopriamo che ci è stato addebitato un importo elevato a tre cifre.
