The distance from the Stn is manageable by walking. Our room had this amazing view both day and night. The service is superb and the assistance extended to us (as foreigners) was worth noting. We opted for their dinner & breakfast and it did not dissapoint. The freshness of the food served esp the crab was memorable. Thank you team Asagiriso, our visit to Kinosakionsen was made extra special because of your delightful service & facilities.

Superb friendly staff, spacious & comfortable room with fantastic view, awesome buffet breakfast, very nice onsen & they provide free yukata to the guests as well. There is free shuttle for guests staying overnight around Kinosaki onsen is superb.

Nice traditional Japanese room with beautiful river view. Great hot spring in the hotel. Dinner was divine, and the service was next to none. Definitely the highlight of our 2nd visit to Japan. And of course, the cherry blossom, perfectly welcoming, not like the shy and late 'arrivals' in Osaka hot spots. Highly recommend!

The location is mentioned to be about 5 or 7 minutes from the station, depending on where you read about it. I think it's more like 8-10. It's not far, but not close enough to walk luggage comfortably. I want to give the place 5 stars, but I also want to give it 2 stars. The service was good. They helped shuttle us around through the rain. The lady that served our dinner was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately, there is a big problem. The room we received has no view of the Maruyama river or garden, although it is advertised as such in pictures and descriptions on website. Our rooms had a view of the parking lot and the road, which the front desk referred to as a "mountain" view. I'm sorry, but this just isn't a good practice. You MUST make this as a different type of room with different price and let customers decide the value. I would not have booked if I had known this. There is also another small problem. The dinner was overall quite good, but I saw some other customers received different dinners with the full snow crab and sake. We received part of a snow crab and cheap white wine. I am confused. It would help to have an explanation. Otherwise I can't help but feel these problems are because I am not a Japanese customer.

The hotel was very welcoming And a good location but a slightly away from downtown. Easy walk the roads were great. We had two rooms one western style. The other Japanese both are comfortable. Or stay included dinner. They were also very accommodating to some apologies and preferences. Definitely will stay again. The town is wonderful and well worth going to be onsens

冇諗過係一間咁好嘅溫泉酒店，當我們到達時，櫃檯同事非常熱情招待，雖然大家言語不同，但服務員利用翻譯機盡量令我們明白，而且晚餐早餐非常豐富，店內溫泉亦非常舒適。離開當日更替我們安排把行李（付費）送到鄰近JR站的觀光案內所，使我們不用走回頭路，讚嗨！

衛生程度：整體還好，但有蟲會爬進房間（即使所有窗門關上），但不是蟑螂那些害蟲，可能是因為對面是農田；酒店早餐晚餐還可以 位置：酒店和JR站10分鐘左右步行距離，但到JR站會有小巴直接送到酒店，退房後會送去你第一個想去的附近景點和JR站，很貼心 服務：雖然酒店職員英文不太好，但仍盡力解釋，和接送方面做得很貼心（如上段述），入住時和退房時的等待時間會給茶你喝 設施：酒店整體不算新，温泉正常，還可接受

這是非常日式的酒店 沒有床提供只有榻榻米 酒店的早餐非常豐富 但晚餐就略為清淡一點 其溫泉村的溫泉選擇亦很多👍🏻👍🏻
