1.Rubbish hotel ! I Paid 266 euro for 3 nights and no AC. ( Early - bird) They don't mention no AC on their website . 2. The room is not for human to live. When you go to toilet, your legs cannot put down on the floor. If you want to put down your legs, you Either put down your legs in the air or your touch the edge of the toilet . So dirty. 4. They give me 2 fans. But all the winds from the fans are really hot. 5. I stayed for 3 nights, I totally can't sleep because of the hot. 6. On 2nd night, My both legs are bites by the flee and I got a large wound. Total bite: 5 . Now I need to see Dr after I come back home . 7. The room is very dirty . All furniture are broken. So many stains , disgusting. 9. After shower, all the water coming from bathroom to the sitting room which made my shoes wet . The design of the room is incline. their staff is mopping the floor at 3am 8. They are 15 mins walk to bus station. But it is really far away from the beach and city center need to walk at least 45 mins. 9 staff attitude is very rude.- the fat and short old lady with the glasses are extremely unhelpful and rude. My 1st time to meet that kind of people. 10 my final words .Avoid this rubbish , cheating hotel. What they do is for NEVER for the sake of customers. I don't mind to pay more money to stay in another hotel . This hotel is the worst from my 30 years traveling experience.

Hard to know what to write! It wouldn't be a bad budget accommodation if they just gave the place a face-lift. Carpet in corridors are very old and faded. Rooms - I think we got the worst one and honestly the photos are nothing like what's inside. We paid extra for the superior double with aircon and well....tiny. The free toiletries are in fact a refillable shower gel and one little soap bar so if you are counting on that then don't! Breakfast is OK and dinner we ate a few nights - salad is the best part of it! My partner said the chicken was tasty though. Rosa and Laura in the restaurant are very friendly and pleasant people. Reception staff could be a little more helpful - sometimes felt like you were annoying them. The cleaning staff are excellent and the rooms are spotless with fresh towels daily. Pool area OK but only a short walk to the beach. Good location. If we had gotten a better room we probably would consider returning as it is cheap for a week.

The breakfast was really good! There is a lot of variety, but there’s not “hot” foods such as scrambled eggs etc., but there was many types of bread, fruit, yoghurt etc.🥚🍑🍅🍉 We had a room without a balcony and it was totally okay! Not a necessity, cause we had a big window we could open if we wanted. 🪟 The bathroom is just like the pictures, for our room at least! There is also nice air conditioning where you could select exactly which temperature you want 🌡️ The room was really nice, and we had a mini fridge to store our own food. The cleaning staff provides 2 small water bottles EVERY day!💧 The pool is massive and really nice, and there is outside showers and lots of sunbeds on the grasspart. The bar is cheap compared to what it cost in the city.🍹 Like many others state, it has way more value than 1-star hotel. Sure, it’s a bit further away from the beach, but it’s really only a 15-minute walk and if you’re used to walking, it’s no big deal 🚶‍♂️

OK, so let me start this off with my main view. This hotel is far better than the 1 star rating suggests. Staff were excellent in all departments. Rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable for us. The pool area was also well kept if lacking in a few more shade umbrellas. Buffet breakfast ( continental ) was ample with a great choice for most dietary needs. We were flying home late in the evening and wanted to extend our room stay, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible, but the reception staff did some checking and managed to get us a smaller room on the same floor. This was very much appreciated. Overall, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

ESTANCIA PERFECTA Increible como siempre. Hotel familiar de lo mejorcito en Tossa de Mar. Siempre que hemos ido hemos estado muy a gusto.

The hotel is in a quiet area easily accessed from main roads and walkable to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The pool area was a great space in which to relax and best of all the pool was large enough to swim laps. I very much enjoyed my stay.
