The best hotel near by Bromo. Stunning view from the hotel. Super clean room, friendly staff and I took a jeep package from the hotel which is cheaper than others private jeep. Highly recommended!!

Breathtaking sceneries everywhere in Plataran Bromo. Excellent service. Only disappointing is mediocre food. The pastries seem to have too much preservatives that make one feel bloated and uncomfortable after eating. Cooked food has a lot of MSG too. The noodles cooked on the spot at breakfast can have some added ingredients, besides a bit of egg.

Great stay! The whole plot is really well maintained, nice gardens, nice views, nice exteriors and interiors - and above all of that the staff is extraordinary kind and helpful! Hospitality at it’s best! Thx a lot for that. Hope to come back one day… Especially as suite guest you are supported in any aspect - I enjoyed it a lot staying at this special place. Also a great place for the Bromo sunrise tour - don’t miss it!

Amazing place with very good services. The ambience and enviromental are also kids friendly. Many free package offered to explore the hotel facilities.

The location of the hotel provides magnificent view from the hotel. Clean, comfy beds and good facilities. The best part is hotel provide boxes of breakfast for visit to Bromo.

The service staff are all very welcoming, helpful and always around to answer to our queries. They are also super thoughful and observant of our needs there. Definitely a great experience staying there and we will do it again next time we come to Bromo!

Everything is perfect

The staff were lovely and attentive, great landscapes and weather. Went to feed the animals and an eco tour, it was amazing, everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend, super worth it!

Very good services

Nice Hotel with a solid decor and landscaping. The food at the restaurant for both the breakfast and dinner was sub par, particularly for the non-local food options on the menu.
