Hotel Petite Fleur - Adults Only ! Air-Conditioning !

Cozy hotel. Very close to main attractions and the railway station. Staff are very friendly.

This little hotel was just lovely and the perfect complement for our stay in Torun! We stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the location in old town with everything you want to see within a few minutes' walk. The staff were so sweet and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh made omelettes and pancakes and so much more. There was even a guitar player one morning. The dining room is cozy and quaint, downstairs in the historic building. Just lovely! Our room (Comfort Double King) was simple but spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The summer weather was warmer than expected so we definitely appreciated the A/C. The bed was very comfortable and we slept extremely well. I only wish our room had a proper shower. I know the "euro tub" is common but it's difficult to use when you aren't used to it. Note that all rooms require some stairs. There is no elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor but it wasn't bad, even with suitcases. Not sure I'd want a room on a higher floor for this reason, however. Highly recommend this hotel for an adults only getaway in lovely Torun!

The hotel was easy to find. They have several private parking spots nearby for which you pay extra. Good location. Large comfy room. Stairs a little steep. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was wonderful and abundant.

I highly recommend this hotel very efficient, cheerful and helpful members of staff cosy little double room with air conditioning superb breakfast buffet with hands on Chef to offer hot freshly cooked eggs of your choice and on Sunday a delicious home made sausage soup followed by the most scrumptious eggs Benedict the best I have ever eaten and free glasses of champagne to wash it all down. Outside was private street parking for my car which in town was very convenient for me,

Hotel consists of two connected old town houses just inside the old town. It is easily to reach with public transport and car from the main streets. Parking space is located in the street directly opposite the hotel. Staff is very friendly, helpful and has a very good command of English. Owing to the buildings' age, there is no lift and rooms are of different sizes. Mine was rather small. However, it was clean and fully controllable by an iPad (lights, shutters etc). The bathroom was more spacious modern and clean.

Po dokonaniu rezerwacji i jej potwierdzeniu przez hotel, mailowo powiadomiono mnie, że nie ma mowy o wcześniejszym - o jedną godzinę, przyjazdu do hotelu, co zaznaczyłam w standardowym, druku rezerwacyjnym. Próbowałam połączyć się telefonicznie, telefon był ignorowany przez hotel. Potem napisałam w miejscu na korespondencję do hotelu. Też żadnego śladu kontaktu z hotelem - mój mail został zignorowany. Oczywiście anulowałam rezerwację, bo chamstwo mamy wokół siebie ostatnio wszędzie, ale płacić za nie nie chcę. Nie wiadomo, jakie zachowanie hotelarzy poznałbym w Toruniu. Brr...
