We stayed in this hotel for 5 days in January of 2025. From the second you drive up you realize you are in paradise, the surroundings are picturesque and exquisite. Upon arrival we were greeted by Florencia who introduced herself to each member of our 6 person group and from that moment forward she knew each of us by name and was there to help with absolutely anything we needed! The rooms were spotless and each had a beautiful view of the surroundings including the mountains, cows, roosters and horses. The food was beyond 5 star. Each dish was explained as it always had a component of the region and highlighted the importance of the land around us. In our group of 6, 5 of us had dietary restrictions or allergies and each was honoured in every single meal. I personally have very severe allergies and I felt like I at no point had to worry or even think twice as the care given to each meal was explain each day. The calafate sour at this hotel is a MUST try.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Florencio we were embraced by comfort and the sense of welcome. Such a beautiful setting but also all the surroundings to make this an experience of true beauty. The food both in the flavours and presentation were art forms. All food preferences of the group accommodated graciously and remembered by the staff for each of the 5 days we were here. I would highly recommend this amazing place as a destination point and a spot to relax after exploring the park
