Overall a great stay at the Elba Sunset hotel. The view is great and staff are friendly. The layout of the toilet and bathroom is a little bit off with doors blocking each other if opened. The hotel has a stunning view of the sea but a little far off town.

Kind service, great sea view, nice facility, big restaurants. I want to visit again.

Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Clean rooms and as described. Parking is available for a small fee per day.

Beautiful hotel, pool and rooms all around. Staff were always very friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Overall very good experience and I had a very nice stay. Highlight of the trip. Would recommend.

Amazing place

海景不錯，設施還算比較新的。廁所太小了，門設計的很不合理。房間衞生打掃的也一般，抽紙第一天用完了後面三天都沒補，且不提供水。離市區遠，適合自駕的且躺平的，附近沒有公交車，交通不是很方便。

設施非常好，非常新，頂層泳池非常美，位置有些偏，停車費偏貴，樓層設計有些奇怪…經常會迷路每個電梯通往不同的樓層，我住的房間要從前台走很久才能到…前台的服務態度很一般，有些不耐煩，沒有四星級應該有的水準…

冇揸車就好遠，搭巴士落車後大約行13分鐘，搭的士或揸車才會較好 夜晚同朝早景色係好靚 可以享受陽光

海景真的很不錯，周邊很安靜，早餐也還算豐富。但是周邊停車很看運氣，經常找不到免費的街邊停車位，衹能去前台買18歐一晚的酒店停車位。

服務：辦理入住當天上班的酒店前台一個男的服務很差，首先，我們開車過來，一個人去前台問停車問題，前台説沒有提前預訂車位就是現在沒有空位，停車場全滿，然後也沒有工作人員出來幫忙拿行李到大堂，諮詢哪裡可以停車，前台説周圍路邊自己找空位，然後我們開車來了很久才找到一處可以停車，然後兩個人拖着4個拉桿箱大上坡步行去酒店花了15分鐘，山路十八彎，到了酒店前台給安排的房間特別遠，從酒店前台到房間需要穿越一條20多個房間的超長走廊，然後轉彎抵達電梯，乘坐電梯下樓繼續穿越兩個10多個房間的走廊，反正就是左轉右轉，拖着四個箱子終於抵達房間，打開房門發現沒有電，給前台打電話打了8個沒人接，一個人又走很遠去前台，前台派了電工來維修，電工表示有點困難，我們又拉着箱子走了很遠去了前台，前台説滿房無法安排更換，聯繫攜程，前台和攜程客服説的就是剛剛和我們説的，無法安排其他的，你就等工人修好後再入住，本來3點可以入住，從4點多等到了快晚上7點真的超級無語，酒店前台説你們可以選擇不住，也這麼和攜程平台説的，攜程客服還是很負責的，但是攜程無法左右這家酒店，酒店沒有牙刷牙膏棉簽，化粧棉，衹有香皂和一瓶三合一沐浴用品，紙抽盒裡衹有5張紙巾，僅提供2瓶礦泉水，被非常薄，而且沒有被罩，是由兩個被單上下夾在一起的，酒店房間隔音很差，門外走廊腳步聲很清晰，彷彿你開着門，房間左右樓上隔壁走路腳步聲特別大，非常影響睡眠，提前5個多月預訂的豪華海景房，給安排的房間在陽台有兩棵大樹，看海景需要透過大樹才可以，5晚房價為人民幣9108.38元，然後酒店實際現場就是這樣的，特別差，真的不要看小紅書款推薦了，簡直踩大雷，真的超級雷，而且對待中國人極其不友好，對待中國人就是拉個大臉你愛住不住，沒有服務，對待西人就是滿臉笑容，服務態度很好。既然對待中國不友好不友善，就真的沒必要花錢買氣受。避雷223房間，因為陽台對面有兩棵大樹，景色不太好。沒有圖3圖4的洗漱用品，酒店完全不提供的，而且我們住了5晚第2天晚上回酒店發現沒有紙巾了，給前台打電話，前台説會安排人送過來，直到我們第5天離開酒店，紙巾也沒送來，從第二天晚上就開始不提供紙巾了，我們自己去超市花了3.59歐自己買了紙抽，很無語，和酒店負責服務的女士反應過了，也填寫了服務問卷，但是紙巾從31日到1月3日酒店再也沒提供過了！

酒店遠離市區，主打海景，但位置太偏了。如果不租車，根本沒有辦法到達。酒店房間一般，餐飲也一般。入住率不高。如果不是為了躲清靜，儘量不要選擇這樣的地方。酒店價格偏高。

衞生還有需要改進，周邊景色不錯

賓館景色優美，可以看日出也可以看日落，早餐豐盛，酒店房間很多，建議還是要訂海景房！
