Hôtel un peu en hauteur pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les côtes 😁 sinon tout est ok à part peut être le soir où certains ne respectent pas les autres (portes qui claquent, enfants dans les couloirs qui crient) mais bon c’est la vie en communauté. Personnel très accueillant, très propre. Attention si vous louez une voiture difficile de se garer.

Muy biena estancia, ubicación, instalaciones y yodo muy bien la verdad, el único inconveniente fue que estuvimos 1 día sin gel de baño , al hacer la limpieza no tomaron nota de esto. El resto muy bien la verdad.

A great holiday in Palma Novs. Reception staff were always helpful providing information about location, buses etc. The beach isn't far 10 minutes' walk, but on a slight hill to access. I had booked half noaf but was given the option of all-inclusive, which was a money saver. My room was fresh and clean, and having the option to have it cleaned daily was welcomed. Meal times were just right, and there was always a wide range of dishes to choose from. There was always wine or soft drinks or coffee on tap included in your dining. My only disappointment was that I ordered an early breakfast at the reception the day before I was leaving as instructed in their information leaflet and was told to come down at a certain time to have this but. the restaurant was closed, and no one to assist. It would have been nice to have a takeaway bag with some croissants, fruit, etc, to be left on reception if the restaurant didn't want to open early. Otherwise, a lovely hotel, great staff and accommodation definitely 4 star.

Hotel was clean and tidy, room and beds was comfortable, staff were spot on and food was good, would definitely stay again, was in a good location near the beach, local shops and bars was a bit hilly but ok, also only a short walk into Magaluf and not far from the airport

Overall it was good value and an excellent location. We stayed 4 nights which I felt was enough. Pros- the entertainment team were lovely and friendly and played great games with the kids. The choice of pools and a splash park on site. The food was okay for an all inclusive, was repetitive after 2 days though. The beach was only down the hill and plenty of shops nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff were pleasant. Plenty of sun beds available. Cons- the pool was freezing, it’s a shame they don’t have a heated outdoor pool for the colder months. The lack of alcohol choice and the fact you could only have wine or beer when sat down at lunch/ dinner times and not given tokens instead with more choice. The walls were paper thin and could hear everything outside and conversations from people next door. I was woken up many times from people in the hallway and outside. They need to soundproof the rooms, it was the loudest noises I’ve heard in a hotel. The evening entertainment could do with improving and have more variety of shows and acts. Overall, I had a good holiday and want to say a massive thank you to Sally in particular who was part of the entertainment team who my kids loved. She hosted some great games and was so friendly and kind to everyone. The reception staff were always smiling and friendly. The catering team all work so hard and were efficient. The restaurant was very clean and they didn’t rush you.

Quieter location so you aren’t disturbed, but close to as many activities/nightlife as you want. Fab hotel all round, good for couples or families, with 3 pools, playground, soft play, multi use court, air hockey, pool, table tennis, gym. fab staff/amenities/food/accommodation/entertainment.
