Bluesea Dimona Suites

Lovely new appointed rooms with amazing staff Went all inclusive and the food was brilliant chocolate fountains, outdoor BBQ, lovely pool. Stayed in the hotel bluesea al Andalus in May and had to return to these apartments soo good I'm returning in a few days time.

So l will come straight to the point. This is not going to be a good review. The only positive thing about the Bluesea Dimona Suites in Torremolinos is the WiFi. That's it. Nothing else. This accommodation can best be described as a 2-star hostel located over a motorcycle business on a busy main road and adjacent to its downmarket sister hotel, the Bluesea Al Andalus (another 2-star establishment pending to be 4-star). The rooms are large and the balcony I was promised and booked did not materialise. On checking in I was told in no uncertain terms that my room with a balcony was not available, so "take it or leave it". I "took it", but only after I negotiated a refund of £25 per night from my booking agents. The rooms are very basic with some tired shabby furnishings. The bathrooms are decent enough and overall cleanliness is fine (although don’t expect daily visits). The soundproofing is non-existent and hence the quality of sleep is very much dependant on your neighbours and their "habits"! I had to suffer major alcohol-fuelled altercations in the adjacent room on 2 nights of my stay. The private "garden" shown on the website is pathetic. It consists of a corner of a car park with artificial grass, 2 broken sun-loungers, around 10 uncomfortable-looking wire chairs and a single umbrella for any shade. Furthermore, it shares a border with the hotel next door which blasts out pool music all day long! Talking of which if you book on a breakfast or half-board basis you have to take your meals in this hotel. The experience is virtually indescribable. A canteen would be an over-sell. It is a large, excruciatingly noisy tortuous experience of the chattering masses and screaming kids. The food is dreadful. I visited for breakfast on my first day - and never again did I set foot in this nightmare. So "no" I would certainly not recommend that you stay here. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from in Torremolinos and I simply cannot imagine many being less preferable than the Bluesea Dimona Suites.

La location ottima vicina all’aeroporto. La suite è molto bella e confortevole. Non c’è servizio di pulizia ogni giorno e questo ha impedito a noi di avere i filtri puliti dell’aria condizionata, per i primi giorni della vacanza, anche se il servizio reception notturno funziona bene e ha fatto 2 volte rapporto, per il cattivo odore della camera. Il resto del personale è disponibile. La colazione continentale è buona e abbondante. La spiaggia è vicina ma l’acqua del mare non bellissima. La piscina è di gran lunga migliore. Abbiamo affittato un automobile in aeroporto, per visitare le attrazioni dell’Andalusia, pagando il parcheggio dell’albergo 20 euro al giorno.

Pour commencer chambre extrêmement bruyante se trouvant sur la grande avenue, bruit non stop toute la nuit! On a demandé 2 fois de changer de chambre..en vain, 0 prise en Charge. Avec un gamin en bas âge en plus, résultat nous avons tous très mal dormi pendant 6nuits! De plus aucun nettoyage des chambres tout au long du séjour, draps bon changés, serviettes non plus, et même pas les flacons de gel ni papier hygiénique! La totale ! La cuisine est très mal équipée (qlq verres et gros manque de couverts, pas de grille pain pas ni cafetière).. Couloirs très bruyant aussi car très mauvaise isolation.. On ne le recommande pas du tout
