Villa Normanna is a splendid and prestigious entire villa, located a short distance from the
fishing village of S. Nicola L'arena, on the Palermo outskirts. It consists of 2 independent apartments that allow a group (or several families) made up of several people to stay together in a villa while maintaining a comfortable degree of privacy
The cozy entire villa with large garden and large private swimming pool, is located a short distance from Palermo and close the Lido Sporting and fishing village of San Nicola L'arena with its fully equipped marina attracts many boaters sailing and motor sailing in the Mediterranean. The villa is 18km from Palermo and its location allows you to visit, over the city, some of the most beautiful places of Sicily, Monreale, Cefalù, the Madonie Park, San Vito Lo Capo, the reserve of Capo Gallo, the Archaeological Park Solunto. Villa with pool courtyard (the first independent apartment, called Torre Normanna House). The breakdown is as follows: the glass on the ground floor living room overlooking the terrace, pool and garden room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen, bathroom. At 1 master bedroom floor with double bed, balcony and bathroom, second bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a large terrace. In the attic there is another room with a double bedroom with a small bathroom and a terrace.Possibility to add 2 extra bed. The second independent apartment (called Grotta Mazzamuto House) consist of 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large living room with 1 large sofà bed for 2 people, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, large terrace and garden.Private parking and 2 Bbq /on the garden and on terrace.
