Absolutely fantastic stay at 74 Belgravia Torquay. Jeff and Paula are great hosts that make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. The property is comfortable, clean and tidy, that is close to all amenities. The breakfasts are excellent and great start to the day I had a flat tyre (slow puncture) whilst staying at the property and Jeff offered to help me with re- inflating the tyre and also recommended a local garage who were also excellent. Nothing about this property is bad, and we (as a family) would definitely go back again

A fantastic stay at Paula and Jeff’s B&B. Everything you could ask for and more! Particularly loved the comfy beds, tasty food and friendly owners. Good size rooms and lovely dining area to enjoy breakfast in. Great location for everything in Torquay and further afield. We loved being able to walk to restaurants in the evening and enjoy the evening sunset by the sea. We can’t wait to come back.

74 belgravia is one of the best bed n breakfast places to stay in torquay, paula n jeff were amazing host s ,room was spotless and spacious, breakfast was super delicious and a great variety, 10 /10 for us will be back thanku so much for a great stay ,bev ian jenson ,beau n enzo ,dogs xx

We have just returned from spending 4 nights at Belgravia 74 in Torquay and we honestly can't recommend it highly enough. We are a family of 4 (plus 2 dogs) and everyone was looked after so well, with nothing being too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we had everything we could need throughout our stay, with a lovely touch of a doggy box which was really sweet and appreciated. The breakfast was fab, lots to choose from and beautifully cooked to order - even the kids (teens) were happy which is rare! :) Location was great too, just a short walk to the beach/town/restaurants/bars/shops etc as well as having Paignton/Brixham (a short drive) with lovely coves and more activities. Walking distance from Belgravia 74 has lots to do and plenty around to suit all ages including a great fair/crazy golf/ boat trips/fishing/speed boat rides etc and numerous shops nearby also. We have to give a special mention to the hosts - Paula and John, who really made it a great stay - they honestly made us feel so welcome it felt like we were staying with family, which is a testament to their great service & hospitality - they were so lovely and had a real personal touch which is rare nowadays - and much appreciated. This has been one of the best places we have stayed in a long time, fantastic value for money & we look forward to returning again soon.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at 74 Belgravia guesthouse. A lovely welcome from Paula & Jeff. Very spacious & comfortable en-suite room with plenty of tea & coffee. They provide the best breakfast in town with lots of options available. We didn’t want for anything. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay

Phoned up on the spur of the moment. Paul was really accommodating and welcoming. He even came out on the street to look for me when I got lost in the dark. Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Fruit juice, cereal and a full breakfast. Couldn’t fault a thing - but perhaps a full length mirror inside the wardrobe? Definitely booking again, but with a few more of us next time.
