Just returned home after a fabulous long weekend at the Elmdene. There are 7 lovely ensuite bedrooms and i had booked them all for a family/friends reunion. It was all perfect and we are all returning next year to do it all over again. Kim and Trev looked after us well and the accommodation couldn't have been better. The onsite carpark was even big enough for all of our cars. There is a electric charging point being fitted next week so this will just be the icing on the cake. The hotels open bar/lounge area was ideal for us all to gather and enjoy ourselves. The whole place is spotless with luxury fittings. Everyone slept well and ate well with Kim's famous cooked breakfast with healthy options also available. The hotel is located in a lovely tree lined residential area within close walking distance of The Bay and Torquay town. If you did need transport you have a choice of bus, train and taxi services close by should you want to enjoy a tipple.

Fantastic stay at Elmdene. Kim and Trev were so inviting, and it felt like we were on a family visit. The room was pristine and bed so comfortable. Also, the hotel is well situated to the town with a quick stroll through the Abbey. Highly recommend if you travelling to Torquay to book your stay at the Elmdene.

Everything about our stay was amazing. Always made to feel so welcome by proprietors Kim and Trev from the moment we arrive. Breakfasts are so tasty. All rooms are so well presented and have all amenities. Car parking available on site. Would highly recommend.

Yet again another great visit to the Elmdene. Lost count how many times we've been now!! So full after such a great breakfast, hosts are great 👍nothing is any trouble for them. Home made scones left in your room. it was home from home. Rooms are so comfortable and bright. Ready to visit again.

The hosts Trev and Kim really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect 🥰 The accommodation was set back from the road and offered a lovely peaceful location, yet a short walk from the sea front and town. The room, you couldn't of asked for more it has everything you could possibly need. It even had it's very own living room with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was amazing 👏 nothing was too much trouble. I really hope to be able to come and stay again.

Lovely Hotel in a great location 10 mins walk from the town & beach, Kim & Trev are brillaint hosts warm and friendly, room was big and comfortable, breakfast freshly cooked and delicious, would definately stay again if we were visiting Torquay again.

We stayed at Elmdene early April and weren't disappointed, so much so we were able to stay 2 additional nights. The whole place is spotless and decorated to a high standard and the bed the comfiest ever. Hosts Kim and Trevor are the loveliest of people with nothing being too much trouble.Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options available. Thank you both you made our stay so memorable- we shall be back.

Friendly and welcoming service, access to all amenities you would need, different lighting options to make homely feel. Loads of places nearby to visit and many good food options. Breakfast was amazing so many different options. Will Definatley be back and already my second visit.
