Tasman Holiday Parks - Torquay Palms

The park is very well located, small and quiet, which was lovely. We were in cabin 7, which is directly next to the toilet block so a striplight shines into the bottom of the blind over the double bed all night. This stopped us sleeping on the first night so the lovely lady in reception did all she could to help. We needed up taping the blind to the window frame! Which worked until it came unstuck! Overall the cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. There are enough beds for a family of 4 but a tiny table with two chairs both inside and outside - making it tricky for 4 people to eat. There is also a bit of a lack of storage to unpack into or onto. The bathroom for example is a good size and the shower was great, however there are no shelves or anywhere to put a wash bag. Overall it’s a nice quiet place to stay and the lady at reception was absolutely wonderful. She not only did her very best to sort our issue with the light she managed to stop my overtired kids from fighting and get them both to help!

Very welcoming and friendly. We stayed with our Pug. Our Villa #7 was clean, tidy, with tea & coffee making facilities, air-conditioning, free Wi - Fi, and a little balcony. There is a huge camp kitchen for those wanting to cook their meals. It is walking distance to the beach and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The friendliest caravan park that we have stayed in for a long time; beautiful gardens extremely clean amenities and the camp kitchen was spotless. We were put on site 8 it was close to everything the pool is also lovely we extended our stay fro 4 nights to 9

Our favourite caravan park by a mile. A brilliant small Boutique CP, the best Camp Kitchen we have ever experienced. New ownership since September which was a concern at first, however the management and staff have been sensational. Thanks Karen, Chris, Jess and Lisa. Nothing is too much trouble, always going out of their way. The new manager, Lisa is a breath of fresh air. Looking at improvements and implementing new ideas to the benefit of the park and those staying. The future is looking fantastic for this place. I would have to say it's not really a park for children. We are looking forward to our next return in June 23!!

We really enjoy our night at palms caravan park. The people running it were very friendly and happy to help with any request. The room was very comfortable , clean and quite. Would recommend it to any fellow traveller.

Lovely well kept park, lovely managers very helpful and pleasant. One of the top parks we have stayed in. Great location from the beach and shops. We stayed in a family cabin. Was very clean and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
