The location is good but they don’t clean the room everyday. And they charge of $346.20 without any cost.

Booked with my daughter 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and sightseeing. Wow the room was amazing. Large, great amenities. Fabulous view of lakes. Lovely touch of wine and goodies acknowledging my birthday. Reception staff really helpful with reduced price tickets for local attractions and maps. We will return. Thank you

Location: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel. The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them! Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly. House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.

It was really good. The front desk workers were so kind and helpful. The included breakfast was really good and the workers were nice too. I would visit this place again not only because the employees were kind but also the location was great and the view was great, and the facility was great, too. Thanks!!!!

Perfect location (I even met Arnold Schwarzenegger at the front of the hotel 😅) Friendly service Just the price for parking is crazy high .. If I book a hotel mentioned „parking available“ I do actually think it’s for free and not 55 CNY a day.

Not only is their customer service terrible, they will have you bend over backwards before they do the minimum to make it up to you. If you're on a work conference, fine. Otherwise, stay anywhere else in the city!

Great staff and convenient location in downtown Toronto. The gym was small but had most of the equipment I needed.

Food was under average for a Hotel of this status. I ate in room as well as at the lobby restaurant twice during my two night stay. Just not putting any effort for that little bit extra that is needed to get a thumbs up and have people remembering that this Hotel respects food too.

Spacious room. We got a room with a view of the harbor and it was great!

The location is perfect, a ten-minute walk from the Union Station and just adjacent to the ferry pier to Toronto Island. The ferry just cost 8.70 CAD for round trip for 20 mins. It is a nice place to visit, especially those who enjoy nature. We booked a room facing the lake, which is highly recommended. It is a real picture taken in the early morning from the window. The room service is nice and the buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of food. I needed to have a zoom meeting, and the internet service is stable. Though it is a paid service, it was waived as I am Bonvoy Member. Do join their membership.
