Room is spacious but basic. Windows and balcony doors cannot be opened. Kitchen facility is ok with kettle. Reception is helpful to orientate us to surroundings - train station and suggestions on where to go.

absolutely nice staff, not modern apartment but nice and clean, restroom and shower absolutely clean and good. I would stay there again!

Amazing location in Toronto downtown. Fast access to TTC Bloor-Yonge station. Nice staffs, many many good restaurants nearby. Pp are nice and kind.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences in a hotel I could have ever imagined. The check in process was less than welcoming. Our room keys were deactivating all night. But the nastiest part of The Town Inn Suites was the cleanliness of the room. I don’t even know where to begin… there was hair all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, blood and toothpaste dried and caked to the wall, adjacent to the hairdryer. There was faecal matter encrusted in one of the “clean” hand towels. The mirrors and windows were filthy and in bad need of some Windex. I addressed my concerns only upon checkout, as I was informed by hotel staff I had booked the last available King Suite, and therefore would not be able to switch rooms (or so I was under the assumption of). Truly, hands down, an unforgettable experience!

The hotel didn’t recognize my booking and was told that my booking is canceled at 11pm upon check in. Was very frustrated to hear such nonsense after arriving from a late night arriving flight. The issue got resolved a day after.

這次入住的套房酒店，整體體驗不太好。房間面積確實很大，空調也已經開到最大，但客廳温度倒是合適，卧室卻還是讓人感覺有些冷。房間設施比較陳舊，廚房裡可用的用品也不多，想要好好做頓飯不太現實，衹能勉強湊合一下。

這個酒店適合幾個朋友一起出遊，可以做飯，而且房費價格合適，對於不習慣這邊的飲食習慣可以自己買菜做飯非常合適

地址很方便 走幾步就是yonge街 工作人員熱情 有簡單免費早餐 但是屋內設施老舊 清潔一般 屋內不能跳空調温度

アメニティが充実しておらず、ボディソープなどは設置されていなかった。設備も古さが感じられるところがあった。朝食はクロワッサンとマフィンをバイキング形式でとるものだが、料金としては高く感じた。

位置很好，地鐵一號線二號線都在附近，房間寬敞明亮，早餐種類不多，由於用餐空間不大，可以端上樓上房間吃，非常適合親子出遊。

房間乾淨寬大，地處市區，去哪都非常方便，初次來多倫多，相信以後再來還是會選這裏。

房間地理位置可以，房間很大。但是，衞生間特別小，熱水小，吹風機壞了，房間的打掃是隔天的，衹清理了廚房垃圾桶，衞生間垃圾桶沒有清理，餐廳桌子沒擦，收拾毛巾時把我自己帶的毛巾一併收走了，從來沒有碰到過這種事情。

房間不新但設施配套齊全，房間寬敞，套間房型也不錯，地段較好，服務也滿意，但衞生仍需努力提高，房間如果能配置礦水則更好。
