Selectum Luxury Door’a Bodrum

I am currently staying in the neighbouring hotel Samara and since I arrived, THE NORM hotel has ruined a pleasant and relaxing stay with their unnecessary loud bass from midday to past 1am EVERYDAY. Myself and several other holidaymakers have complained and we are told that it has been a common theme throughout the summer season. Management have complained about your disrespectful noise but are told its just your entertainment program. I wouldn't normally complain about hearing others music however yours is completely over the top BOOM BOOM BOOM ALL THE TIME!!! This is not Ibiza, you are not a club in Falaraki. You are holiday destination, a hotel and surrounded by other hotels. Stop being selfish.

I’m here for the first time, everything is at a high level. Tasty and varied food. Good and attentive staffs. I would like to say a special thanks to the waiter Adil, he serves the guests wonderfully and does not leave anyone without attention. He is a cool worker

We really liked our vacation at this hotel. The food is amazing as well as the swimming pools and seaside. The timing of the lunch was a little bit uncomfortable for us, but we have soon figured out that food is available anyway and anytime, so everything is good, thouhg.

The hotel has been renovated and the facility is generally nice, clean and tidy, the location and the sea are nice, the pools are sufficient. Few negative aspects: - The staff is new and inexperienced. The staff do not have any knowledge about the hotel at all. - During our stay ;the first week of August the hotel was completely full and the staff was insufficient. You may need to wait 1 hour for a hot snack.( lahmacun) - The rooms are generally nice but the sound insulation is very bad in bunglow type rooms. You can completely hear the sounds in the next room. - There is not much entertainment , there is DJ performing every night but no one really enjoys. - The main restaurant was left in darkness in the evening at dinner time during a power outage, the generator is insufficient. - The staff constantly asks for good comments about themselves to be written in google or tripadvisor, but the service received does not deserve a good comment. Insistent comment requests become unpleasant after a while. Overall hotel is ok for its price but dont keep your expectations high for here.

Excellent!!! Everything is great. Restaurants, bars, food, and drinks are fantastic. The staff are friendly and attentive. You can always choose this place. From the hotel's manager to the chefs and department employees, their synergy and happiness in working are very evident. This reflects as guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Hakan, Ms. Arzu, My 13-year-old girl had an upset stomach. They followed up from the hotel to the hospital and prepared special food for her. Special thanks to Mr. Hakan and Ms. Arzu and housekeepers. Sincerely.
