The drain of the shower was stuck. We asked for a cover to use in the bathtub and on the next day when we went to get it, magically they didn’t have it anymore. The room wasn’t very clean and the ac was very noisy. The town is lovely and the locals are very kind. But the hotel needs more maintenance.

The hotel is not well-maintained, a lot of dust and spiderwebs everywhere. Happily the bedsheets were clean. There were stains on the bedroom's curtains. There was a cotton swab from a previous guest on the window sill. The AC worked well (but also there I saw dirt inside) and there were some movies on the TV. There was no hot water in the shower. The location is convenient, walking distance from xizha and dongzha, do note though that since it is outside of the ancient city your entrance ticket will only be valid for one day. I would recommend to the management to seriously invest in cleaning the whole place (including the windows) and repainting the walls in the common spaces to give it a fresh look.

Quite near the West Gate, it is suitable for anyone who want to find a budget room when staying in wuzhen

Rooms wall full of dust , all towels and bed sheet was dirty and old .

房間乾淨衞生，床品一流，具體景區還近，周邊小吃多，出行便利，另外服務人員也特別熱情，有機會來烏鎮，還要再訂這裏

房間環境不錯，老闆人也很好很熱情，主動幫忙提行李帶我們到房間，真的很不錯，就是床有點軟，習慣睡硬床的我們睡得不太舒服，其他都很不錯。

房間比較大 免費升級 且有智能馬桶 就是上樓梯搬行李不方便，其他都不錯 推薦 好評 有機會下次再來

酒店有兩棟樓離的很近，後面有停車位很方便，距離西柵景區步行10分鐘路程很近，這裏服務態度很好很熱情，房間很乾凈，設施設備都很好用，價格也很優惠，性價比很高，非常喜歡這裏的環境。

房間很好，空間夠大，洗漱用品都有很方便，進去就是一個大廳休息區很漂亮大氣，有很多書可以看，裏面有一個小魚池很漂亮，環境真的不錯，離西柵景區特別近，很滿意！

Khách sạn đến đó thì nhận phòng lùi vài số nhà, nhưng cũng là mặt tiền đường, phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng ổn, giá cả hợp lý, gần sát cổ trấn nên có thể đi bộ qa, các bạn nên đi cổ trấn từ trưa đến đêm vừa đẹp lại vừa mát hơn buổi sáng tới trưa rất nóng.

最多不超200元的酒店設施，臟、潮、灰塵多！ 不知道哪來的那麼多好評，希望做人要講良心，不要衹賺黑心錢。

獨自出差順便過來看看這裏的景區，所以酒店選擇離景區比較近的地方，這家酒店讓我印象最深刻的是我突然需要打印一份文件，去前台求幫忙打印一下，前台雖然在忙，還是非常暖心的幫忙打印了所以非常感謝，服務態度真的很好很有人情味的一家店，環境也是棒棒的，推薦這裏！
