Premier Inn Tonbridge

Room was adequate, what you’d always expect from a Premier Inn. Shower was a bit rubbish. A non-event of a stay, perfectly adequate, until 2 weeks later I received a £100 parking fine, despite giving reception my reg! I won’t be paying, and have appealed but I’m not the only one, reading reviews. Poor system clearly.

A lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends who want an enjoyable experience. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good nights sleep and the cleanliness of my room was outstanding.

The traffic noise within the hotel was non existent in my room, despite being near a busy road. The room was functional, practical, clean and comfortable. The shower pressure washer decent and the water lovely and warm. The bed, for me, was extremely comfortable and the best sleep I've had in ages. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I'd definitely return to this hotel if I find myself down that way again.

Wonderful stay over the Easter holidays. Clean room, comfy bed and an amazing shower. The carpark is also very big and free which was a bonus. All the staff were so friendly during our stay. Wanted to give a special mention to Lucy who really stood out to us and was super helpful so thank you. If we are ever back in Kent we will be back.

Amazing stay, comfortable beds, quiet room and had a lovely night sleep, absolutely no complaints. Had a really helpful receptionist called Kritan, an asset to the hotel. Would definitely visit again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was returning to Tonbridge for a school reunion and needed somewhere good value and convenient to stay for two nights with friends. The Premier Inn ticked all the boxes. Convenient & quiet location (15 minutes walk into the town), parking on site, pub/restaurant next door, comfortable rooms and great value for money. The only downsides were no fridge in the room (had to store milk on the windowsill!) and a horrible smell in the corridor from the next door room being aired out (presumably after an incident in there the previous night....) but other than that, everything was as expected. Staff were friendly and super helpful both in the hotel and the pub.
