Big and beautiful rooms and friendly staff. It was a rainy and cold day . Seems I was the only guest at the hotel. Nice umbrellas, slippers, and a free ride to my boat to Parapat.I didn't eat much of the breakfast in asia due to MSG. Beautiful Samosir

This was a lovely place for my short family holiday with a very Indonesian feel. I rate this a 3/5 to 4 star accommodation. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is best if you are a Bahasa Indonesia or Melayu speaker, because staff speak very little English. But we could get by with our broken limited Bahasa. It was a very quiet place, hardly any guests - I think because we travelled in the wet season. But our trip had many dry clear and beautiful days! The hotel staff were very kind to arrange and find driver for us prior to us arriving (arranged thru Whatsapp), so we could travel to and from Medan including across on the ferry to Samosir. Booked through Agoda. Our family suite on ground floor looked out to an unkempt garden and there was some ingrained mould or water damage in the wall of the lounge room. But otherwise very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and no dramas.

The staffs were very helpful when my wife and I visited Clinic at the night time due to stomach problem. Breakfast should be done better for only few tenants stayed. The restaurant served us very patiently but the hotel is a bit too old. Somef facilities need to be rejuvenete

The room and food are great. The thing I guess needed to make it simple while checking in is to give us the room as we think we believe we should get from you your best. Your front desk staff should not instruct us to double check the items you provide us in the room. Upon check out I know that you wish to check what you provide is what you get back, that is fine.
