Wee gem of a motel right across the road from Allen Steet. Jordan, owner was super friendly. Checked us in at 9am with immediate access to our room. Older but cosy and super clean room. The pool area is a great with a really well tended pool and hottub, with 24hr access to pool & hotub. Really comfortable padded wicker loungers. There is a super cool communal area Highly highly recommend this motel when visiting Tombstone.

My friend and I stayed in separate rooms and although we arrived late, we contacted the staff and he was very accommodating and made arrangements for our keys to be made available to us so big plus. He also gave us a discount when we checked out. The room is very old fashioned and not yet. Pretty clean throughout and has all toiletries you need as well as a fridge and fans if it gets too hot. So not bad. A few minor issues. No hot water in the shower so I left a note with housekeeping to look into that, and the wifi was there but slow and inconsistent and the TV kept freezing up and had slow reception. My friend said he saw a roach in the bathtub in his room. But overall, a relatively affordable place to stay if you’re on a budget and it’s walking distance to the main tombstone area so we were satisfied overall.

I had a pleasant stay at the Trail Riders Inn. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a good price and within walking distance of Allen St. in Tombstone

Maybe some of the rooms are okay, but we were in #6 1/2. We tried to get out of it, but could not get our money back. This property is disgustingly dirty. Blood or some stain on sheets. Cigarette burn on sheets. Bedspread appears to be about 30 years old. Pillow shams on pillow without clean cases underneath. Shower stall very small and felt like you were going to fall through the floor. No ice machine, no Cable TV. They have Roku and I never did find any live TV on it. Ceiling fan was filthy as were the vents on AC unit. I could not wait for this part of our trip to come to end so I could get out of there. If at all possible avoid this motel or at least room 6 1/2. The bar b que area was also filthy I could never eat anything on that grill. Nothing was washed. Sauces were sitting out in hot sun. Furniture so dirty I did not want to sit.

the owner was very disrespectful, played loud music at night and was constantly smoking near me and my kids and i could hear her yelling at employees all night long. i do not recommend at all. place has definitely gone downhill.

A quiet hotel with relaxing fire pit. After over a 1000 miles, it was a welcome oasis in the Arizona desert. Pro tip, if you are riding a motorcycle like I was, watch out for the gravel close to the main road. Barb, was fantastic and as accommodating as could be. Keep in mind that this is an independently owned hotel, with an owner that loves what she does, and does what she can with what she has. I look forward to staying here again when I return to Tombstone.

Husband and I Stayed for 2 nights, Sat/Sun. Room was VERY Nice. #18. Barb was Very Fendley & helpful. Staff was Also Very nice. Made us feel like we were Cared for Will make this our Onley place to stay in Tombstone.

This is a cute motor inn. Rooms were very clean. Owners definitely making improvements a little at a time. Pool was out of commission, but hot tub was working. Cutest outdoor coffee bar with a place to sit and visit as well as a fire pit. Right across the street from old tombstone. Great location. Highly recommend.

We usually visit Tombstone with our RV but decided to give a motel a whirl. Trail Riders Inn fell short of our expectations and advertised ratings. Registration took over 1/2 hour. The office door was locked. A worker on site had to go looking for someone to help. The woman who arrived seemed confused about what to do. Once she brought me to the room, the keys didn't work. That took a while to solve. The room may have been 14X14 ft. I will say it was clean and the queen sized bed was comfortable. No coffee service. There were 2 clocks on the wall but none worked. The heat source was a wall-mounted fake fireplace that had two settings: high and medium. No thermostat. The TV was an Internet Roku service that I was never able to figure out. The tiny bathroom had a small sink and shower stall. It boasted 12 soaps and 9 shampoos. No hair dryer. The unit seemed newly painted and upgraded. Oh, yes, the new roof on the building can be blamed for the nails in the parking lot. They seem to be a work in progress. Decent location to downtown Tombstone.
