There are a lot of cherry blossoms on the garden. The room is so big and so clean.

Big clean room but no space for clothes. No wardrobe at all.

I had an absolute blast staying at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was super clean and had everything I needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. But the best part was the view of their japanese garden - it was breathtaking! I’d definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay there again sometime!

Location not too far away from the train station. Quote a good location.

Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station, when heading back to hotel, is a good form of exercise, as property is located uphill, and with the summer heat hovering at 33’C, you tend to get wet with those constant perspiration, hotel is a bit in-flexible with check in & check out time, we were told only can check in after 3pm, for checking in slight earlier at 1pm, we were told to pay an extra JPY4000.00 per room, while checking out is at 11am, if you want to stay till say noon, you will be charged additional JPY2000.00 for an extra hour use. Hotel does not have limousine bus services to airport, so if you are heading to Haneda with luggages, the cost is approximately JPY7000.00 including toll charge.

It’s convenient for business, luxury design lobby, the room was pretty big, comfortable and cleanliness.

The overall hotel was good and the rooms are spacious, the lounge is nice though the Prince I stayed at is a bit older, but nonetheless, the rooms are bigger than most hotels and it is clean. They also have a nice park in the middle as it is connected to a few other buildings of the hotel, they have a nice tea house and a small temple in the garden. 

We stayed two nights at the hotel. On the first night, the room was 27 degrees and we asked someone to teach us how to adjust the temperature. They informed us that central heating is fixed and if we were too warm, we should open the balcony door. It was 2 degrees outside. I don’t get why customers don’t get to adjust the temperature of their room. I slept badly on both nights, alternating between too hot or too cold.

not far from shinagawa station but an uphill walk. You can take the hotel bus from the price hotel opposite the station that will make it easier to move the luggage from the station

Everything is very good from staff, cleanliness of the hotel and location.

nice and short distance walk to train station. can also wait for the shuttle bus. room is clean. everyone is friendly. convenience stall just ard the corner.

Room size is good in Tokyo and the location is great , about 10 minutes walk to the subway station very convenient and highly recommended
