Nice big hotel connected with sunshine city shopping mall, family mart is in hotel first floor, but need 10mins walk to nearly station.,Along the way to station there’s a lot of shops to see so not a problem for walk.Staff is minimum English but very helpful ✔️ One of the best for this hotel is airport limousine is right infront of the hotel!

good place to stay for my trip, love this hotel with nice view, with shuttle bus from Narita Airport, with big shopping mall, will coming again.

Location was great and room was big. Service was great with airport bus below which added to convenience. Will stay again!

It's a little far from the subway station, but it is located right by Sunshine City. There is also a convenience store located in the Hotel. Room was spacious (for a solo traveller), bed was comfy and shower pressure was good! Staff is also friendly and speak basic English. Would love to stay again if I could!

room wall is thin, can hear next room guest conversation clearly. Poor sound insulation. Good location.

The hotel is directly connected to the mall, like just a door away, which in turn connects to train stations so you get the option to walk in indoor areas to walk to and from station and your hotel room. It has its own Family Mart konbini within its premises. Speak of real convenience! Second time booking this hotel. May be more bookings to come!

A spacious room compared in Tokyo, nice place, quite close to train station and shopping area. Shuttle bus to Narita airport is outside hotel. A family mart operates on the ground floor. Highly recommend.

My stay at the hotel was very convenient, as it is connected to a large mall with a handy shop on the first floor—perfect for avoiding the bad weather. The vibrant neighborhood offers plenty of restaurants and shops, and the nearby metro stations make it easy to get around. The front desk staff was helpful, although the hotel is in the process of implementing a self check-in and check-out service. The room was spacious enough for two people and accommodated our luggage comfortably. Overall, it was a great experience!

This hotel is very convenient for everything, just take an airport limousine bus directly. We travelled from Narita so its about 1h40mins sleeping time on the bus. The Sunshine City mall is very big, with many shops. Only it gets very crowded during weekends, other days are quite and plenty shops to walk around. Hotel location very close to metro, and a bit further if you want to take JR. Breakfast has a good choice in morning, good coffee machine. In general, I will come back again to stay here.

Love the location and the bed the room etc although small. But one sad thing is the room has bad air ventilation, aircon is weak although it’s winter… it’s almost vacuum that I can’t breathe well. The hotel staff couldn’t do anything about it and ended up bringing me a fan. Walls were thin… I could hear next door banging the walls and talking loudly.

Had a comfortable stay there. Buffet had a wide spread of food.

My fav hotel in japan, proximity to sunshine city shopping center.
