Booked this hotel for a couple nights in Tokyo. The room was small but clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to the metro which makes it extremely accessible. I’d recommend this hotel for friends.

The location is great, room size is decent for Japan standard and the staffs are helpful.. It will be even better if the hotel got a gym n public bath. Nevertheless, it was a great stay at the hotel.

Room is terrible dirty with lot of dust and carpet is very dirty with dust as well. Under the bed, full of dust, very terrible. Both of us get running nose and sore throat problems when staying this hotel.

Location is good and very near Shimbashi station surrounded by many eateries , convenience stores , supermarket , Don Don DONKI and other shops !

The hotel is bad full of dust maybe due to the decoration for the top floor. Facility is old. And the recentionest most of them can not speak English is no good. The only advantage is location is good and 2F have a rest room with free drinks.

Room was clean with a huge desk and comfortable big bed. The bathroom was typically small but perfectly usable. I liked the old school feel and the location of the hotel. I knew what to expect from looking at they photos before booking so no big surprises.

A perfect stay! The room was incredibly comfortable and had an amazing view of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby.

Hotel location is good. Do need some cleaning, disks on bathroom door vent and exhaust fan, otherwise it is good.

A business hotel that is very located. It is near to shopping areas n all fine eateries in Ginza. It is very close to the subway station too so getting around was a breeze. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent as it is near Ginza shopping area. Shimbushl JR station is nearby within 5 min walk. You can also get taxi easily. The only drawback is the hotel does not have contract with Airport shuffle coach arrangement

Reception and customer service will not help guest , very very bad service Room very very dirty , and bathroom dont have hot water the hotel is very old .

All the reception are awfull , they dont want to help hotel guest , make me angry  Room very dirty , hot water is not really working  I was very dissapointed

Location is the only thing acceptable in this hotel. Room small (nothing similar with the photos). Scammed by paying over price for late check out... I pay almost double of the price of the room for they let me take my luggage out of the room... I told them that the rate was wrong compared of the room price for the day and they just ignore it... BAD!!!!!! I recommend you to stay in any other r hotel in Tokyo than for sure you will not get this bad attitude from the hotel service
