Room is quite big great location easy to go around tokyo. A lot of restaurant nearby all day and night

Ginza Hotel was okay. Everything that was written in the description, everything was fulfilled. Room is very small, but the location is great. Hotel is pretty old, you can notice that in the room: carpet, doors, furniture... But it was clean. The toilet is actually normal - normal size and clean too. The stuff from the hotel was nice, they speak English and they offer you a lot of “assets” on the reception table. You can take extra free cremes, teas, and some other stuff. There is a Family Mart in the hotel building that works 24h.

The hotel is really nice and the location is good good in middle of Shimbashi and ginza and close to all shop. Will stay again when next visit

Great location and good room since there was not much choice for the twin beds at all. The facilities were ok and matching with the price points. A plus for a lounge with free soft drinks as well.

Booked this hotel for a couple nights in Tokyo. The room was small but clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to the metro which makes it extremely accessible. I’d recommend this hotel for friends.

The location is great, room size is decent for Japan standard and the staffs are helpful.. It will be even better if the hotel got a gym n public bath. Nevertheless, it was a great stay at the hotel.

Great location, with access to lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are big but dated.

Room is terrible dirty with lot of dust and carpet is very dirty with dust as well. Under the bed, full of dust, very terrible. Both of us get running nose and sore throat problems when staying this hotel.

Location is good and very near Shimbashi station surrounded by many eateries , convenience stores , supermarket , Don Don DONKI and other shops !

The hotel is bad full of dust maybe due to the decoration for the top floor. Facility is old. And the recentionest most of them can not speak English is no good. The only advantage is location is good and 2F have a rest room with free drinks.

Booking this hotel was easy through Trip. Pros: location is amazing. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Cons: the hotel is quite dated and could use with a major facelift on the inside. I didn't realise I had booked a smoking room (my fault) so the smell of the entire floor was unpleasant. The elevator makes a mandatory stop at reception on the 2nd floor no matter up or down which was a pain. The view (for those that care) is non existent. You are staring at metal structural supports to the building. Overall would book again given the location now that I know what to expect.

Grand Ginza Hotel is well located in the midst of bustling area with many shops & restaurants nearby. Also within 5-10mins walk to nearest train station. The hotel has a lounge with microwave and free vending machine (drinks). There is also a konbini just directly at L1. Will recommend for it's location. Room is quite dimly lit even with all the lights on, and very poor sound insulation. There is hot water system, but it's old school style requiring user to turn 2 knobs to get that ideal water temperature. Hotel provides free luggage storage and (paid) luggage transfer service to airport.

Location is spot on, where it is accessible to train stations and tons of bar/restaurant!
