This was our second time staying here. The main reason we chose to return is the unbeatable location. The hotel is conveniently situated close to public transportation, restaurants and most especially - ANIME STORES!! As expected in Japan, the rooms are quite small. If you're familiar with Japanese hotels, you'll know this is pretty standard— just something to be aware of if it's your first visit. If you’re looking for a place that’s practical, comfortable, and centrally located, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, delicious breakfast, free amenity to pick at the 3rd floor.

We discovered multiple tiny blood stains on the bed sheet and the mattress and some bugs on the bed. We strongly suspect that they are bed bugs. Some of the blood stains are fresh and some dried up. After contacting the hotel our request of a early check out (we wanted to go to a different hotel) is refused, a refund is also refused. We did get another room after negotiations, first they just suggested a clean bed sheet lol Trip.com offered me trip coins as an apology. The location is superb, but the bed bug scare is honestly terrifying and not a great start of a trip.

Good location at Akihabara area but the smoking room is very smelly and you may inhale the smokers cigarette smell from other rooms

Excellent base location for your Tokyo trip!!! Right next to JR station and 5 minutes from the metro!

We stayed for 6 nights, service is good , reception is very polite and friendly, Ms Wine is very helpful answering all of our questions, will stay again next time

Good hotel if you want to get away from busy place as shinjuku area. Restaurant everywhere and the JR train station only stone throw away and metro arround 5 minute. The room not too small not too big just enough for 2 of us. The hotel also provide you with washing machine coin in the lobby and ammenities like skincare and tea. Definitelly i will comeback again to this hotel for another tokyo trip.

Everything is so good. Just want to suggest that their delicious breakfast can change its menu regularly so that customers can try different breakfast items.

I arrived early morning hence was only able to leave my luggage at the reception. Check in was at 2pm and the hotel was nice to accept my request prior to booking for a room on the ladies floor for security reasons and I am also a solo traveller. Amenities like toothbrush, comb and tea packets are provided at the reception too. My only wish is that I hope in future the Hotel can provide at least an international or English movie channel for foreign guests.

Food is vood，alway my first choice in tokyo. The transport is very convenient.

Best place to stay if you plan for Anime figurines shopping. The staff is friendly and lots of food surrounding the area. Very convenient to JR Line and Metro.

Amenity & daily necessities well enough. Laundry services to be improved with more space and separate from hotel lobby.

Very clean and has complete set of toiletries. Comfy bed and pillows. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Very near to the train station. 2 thumbs up!

We had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.
