The E Hotel Higashi Shinjuku in Tokyo proved to be a fantastic choice for my recent stay! Its location couldn't be more convenient, being right next to the metro station made exploring Shinjuku and the rest of Tokyo incredibly easy. I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent room service – prompt and efficient. The information staff were also incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. The only minor drawback, and this is quite common in Tokyo, was the size of the room. It was on the smaller side, but it was impeccably clean, well-designed to maximize space, and perfectly adequate for my needs. Overall, the E Hotel Higashi Shinjuku's prime location, outstanding service, and friendly staff more than compensated for the compact room size. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in the heart of Shinjuku.

I overlooked and double booked. Cannot cancel and partly my fault. However, also disappointed about the hotel cannot be flexible.

A great stay, perfect location right next to Higashi Shinjuku, the only thing I will say is be prepared for the sirens of emergency vehicles making noise till late, the only downside of being in a perfect location, but I had a nice view.

Everyday breakfast in Tullys coffee shop, it’s good breakfast for us. If check out time is 12:00pm will be better, because check out time too early.

Hotel position is very near to higashi shinjuku station exit A1 just next the hotel, room is small with 2x 24inch luggage its quote difficult to walk around, they have washing machibe obe time wash cost 400yen and dryer 100 per 30 min usually need 1 hour to dry the cloth special winter cloth. Nwxt to the hotel have lawson, sukiya, Mc D, family mart. Walk about 15 minute will find Godzila head

Very good location, accessible to the train station..

One of the smallest room ever I stayed at. The room is not as big as picture and it was so outdated. the washroom was also very small (bathroom and toilet were so close to each other). It’s very close to kabukicho and bunch of love motels. Shinjuku is in walking distance, too. the hotel was right next to the metro station so it was convenient.

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff. It's a bit annoying the street noise during the night, but it's manageable.

Room did not feel or look clean. Location is great, right outside the train station exit and next to a Lawson. Rooms are small (had to open my suitcase in front of the door, just something to consider)

Can’t complain! This hotel is perfect if you plan to spend your days/nights sightseeing and just need a clean and comfortable place to sleep in a much quieter neighbourhood. The rooms are very small, but this is normal for Tokyo. You have a 7/11 across the road (perfect place for a cheap breakfast), it’s about a 15-20min walk to Shinjuku and is right next to the Fukotoshin and Toei Oedo lines.

Basic Japanese hotel room - small. Area is v loud so if you need silence then don’t bother but otherwise perfectly located right on top of a subway line.
