It is very good, room is quite big than other hotel, and nearby subway, JR station also Ueno station, it is very easy to travel and sightseeing by metro subway, very recommended.

Great location at affordable price, close to train lines, as well as good food options. There’s Seven Eleven downstairs, making it extra convenient. Highly recommend!

Great location, 5 mins walk from Ueno station and 8 mins walk from Keisei Ueno station which is perfect for moving within the city and also to Narita Airport. Convenience store downstairs and you can get everything from Ueno walking streets which are just across the street. Room is spacious and much bigger than regular Tokyo hotels. Stunning views if you picked the rooms with view. Quiet inside room and you can get all the amenities from the check in area if needed. There is no smell of cigarette on non smoking floor.

View view view.. this hotel has a great location with a great Ueno and Skytree view. Has a separate elevator. Seven Eleven at 1st store. Reasonable price.

The location is near Ueno Ameyoko Shopping Street and Ueno Park. If your departure Airport is Narita, there is this Keisei Train Station for Narita at only 44mins direct train. This hotel is in between Ueno Station and Ueno Okachimachi Station, you can alight at either Station. The room is clean but small size. It's my 3rd time staying in this hotel.

Enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Hotel Crown Hill Ueno Premier at Ueno area. Location is very good and convenient. The hotel reception is at the 20th floor and our room is located at the 24th floor. The view from our room was fantastic. Room was abit small but comfortable enough. Breakfast was towards Japanese local cuisine. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There's a 7-11 store located just outside the hotel at street level which is very convenient. Recommended to stay at this hotel.

We chose this overnight layover from US to Kul purpose to do shopping as all luggage were checked through and this location recommended by our friend definitely convenient to serve our purpose

The best view!

The service provided by the staff is quite good. Knowing that we need to do self-serve after 10pm but since I need to take care 2 kids and not convenient to move, they come to my room and serve us. It’s great! However, need to remind people who booked the largest room. We come with our friends together. Both of them staying in a small room and they can enjoy daily clean up service. But for large room (2 double bed), there is no clean up service (even you request to the receptionist / the room keeper). They can just clean up your room until the 4th day of your stay. It’s really bad experience and make us feel uncomfortable. Also, whenever you get into the room, check the ventilation of the toilet and the air-conditioner. You can always find that it is stuck with the dust and cause a lot of noise during the night time. It really has some impact to sleeping

Good location and excellent view. no room cleaning or housekeeping service, only self help amenities, room size is small, I cannot even open fully my luggage. Good price though.

Everything is perfect except the floor carpet has a bit more dust. Room is small but can put 2 big luggages on floor. Location is very best, more variety of breakfast. Hotel view is wonderful. Price is reasonable when compare with the convenience for access to any place.

It was in a good location. booked it purely for the view and it's vicinity to the Skyliner Station. Definitely worth the money, in terms of room space, it's well beyond my expectations. Loved my stay there.

About 6min walk away from Ueno Station. Can easily get there via Keisei-Ueno line directly from the airport and have a lot of food choices around the area. However, prepare umbrella as there is not much shelter, especially during rainy seasons.

this hotel is very comfortable, staff are nice, the environment is clean. I am coming to stay afterwards.
