Everything was good, the room was small, but I think this is tokyo standard. We had a problem with the bathtub and it was promptly resolved

The room was very big. Clean and tidy. Very close to metro station. Many convenient store downstairs.

Convenient hotel location near Daimon and Shibakoen. Near train station Hamamamatsu for Haneda Airport Monorail and Yamanote Line for Narita Airport Skyliner at Nippori. Clean and comfortable room. Spacious bathtub and water pressure and temperature were excellent. They offer pyjamas for sleeping which was a nice touch. Daimon and Shiba area have many restaurants.

Small rooms but cheap for Tokyo. Clean and has a very tasty breakfast with lots of choices. Very good location, with a few minutes walk to the train directly connected to the Haneda airport.

The breakfast were very good.  I suggest that water and ice (only) should be allowed for patrons to fill their water containers to take with them for the day.

This is a self-sufficient hotel, meaning you can literally do everything on your own. Self check in, collect any amenities you need from the lobby, or choose to have your room cleaned or not. Bed comfort was good, and the room temperature was excellent. The location was excellent.

The hotel is quite new and the facilities are as well. The space for the corner room is good enough to open two large luggage bags at the same time. Individual split type air conditioning unit is provided in the room, which also works well in really hot summer. Since the hotel is not located on the main road, it may take a bit of difficulties to find it. However, it just takes about 7 mins to walk from the JR station/ monorail station
