Nice staffs very helpful. Quite clean room but there are some places like space between the laundry is little dirty also the bed frame which is a dust on it. Great and convenient location where is close to the tokyo metro and JR Ikebukuro station with escalator and elevator entrance and exit.

Stayed 4 nights to wrap up our journey in Tokyo. About 10 minutes walk from the massive Ikebukuro station so it can be challenging for someone carrying multiple luggages to reach the hotel. They offer limited room cleaning (towel change and trash removal) for free, for a full cleaning they ask for a fee. They also had luggage airporter service which may be useful to some travellers.

We had a great stay at Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro! The location is excellent—just about a minute’s walk from a nearby train exit at Ikebukuro Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel offers great amenities, including free newspapers, tumblers, coffee, ice, water, and toiletries. The room is more spacious than the typical Tokyo hotel rooms. A standout feature is the in-room washing machine, which adds a lot of convenience. The bed was big and very comfortable, and the TV supports Netflix and other streaming apps. Service was good throughout our stay, and overall, we had a really comfortable experience. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from public transportation options. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they efficiently checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed would highly recommend it to anyone.

This hotel’s location near Ikebukuro Station made transportation extremely convenient, and the room’s amenities were nearly perfect. The staff at the front desk greeted me with constant smiles, setting a cheerful tone for the entire day. I had a special request to have my luggage forwarded to another hotel, and despite the language barrier, the staff responded with exceptional patience and professionalism, ensuring that everything was delivered smoothly. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from metro exit, restaurants, convenient stores are all around. The lobby is bright and warm, the room is newly renovated, having a washing machine inside the room is such a bonus.

Very near to C1b exit of Ikebukuro Station where you can take elevator to ground floor when you have heavy luggage. Good location for all purposes. Will stay again.

Convenient 5 minutes walking to the Metro station, the hotel seems just renovated, everything is new. Plus point is the washer in the room. Will stay again on my next trip.

Suitable location as walk about 7minit to airport limousine at hotel metropolitan ikebukuro. And get off from airport limousine to ikebukuro station . Easy to handle big luggage. No need to get rush in airport train . Room with washing machine and dryer which is more convenient. Have fridge , kettle , and bowl plate and utensils and microwave. Room services selected whether just need to clean the room or just change the towel and the rubbish bin.. walking distance to some mall , restaurant, dondonki, bigcamera , parcon, tobu , some tax free shop . Jr station and metro also within walking distance around 5 to 10min.

It was a very nice place that was well located. The four space is quite minimal but the beds are very big.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! Having a washing machine in the room is such a game-changer. It means you don’t have to pack a ton of clothes; you can simply wash what you wear. This thoughtful amenity really helps save on luggage space and makes your stay that much more comfortable.

The room is really very small and no housekeeping service provided.
